  1. Night eating

    I went back to sleep and woke up to a 1 lb loss (.5 to where I was yesterday). I'll take it. I was freaking out about my Hot Tamales I ate. I guess those are going into the trash.

    In the middle of the night is when I get up and snack. It's like I know I am doing it, but can't stop myself. Weirdest thing ever. The next morning I wake up thinking, oh crap what did I have last night. There's always something on the counter. I am pretty sure that is the reason I gained weight. ...
