    Yea, I think bread is a killer for most of us. And I so love bread. Sounds like u're doing it correctly, especially with upping the protein portions. Can't wait till I get to p3!

    IM NEW TO THIS SITE BUT NOT HCG; I HAVE 6 DAYS LEFT ON MY P3 - ITS A STRUGGLE FOR ME ... BUT I ENDED LOWER THAN I INTENDED SO I AM TRYING TO MAINTAIN THE GOAL WEIGHT I STRIVED FOR...

    YOU SHOULD TRY TO STAY W/IN 2 LBS (+ OR - ) FROM YOUR LDW; SO FOR YOU YOU'D WANT TO STAY WITHIN 173-177.

    I EAT A LOT OF SALTED ALMONDS ("ITS LIKE MY OWN BRAND OF HEROINE" LOL) ... THEY DON'T SEEM TO EFFECT MY IF I DRINK ENUF WATER (ABOUT 100OZ A DAY).

    Ok no logging diet but let us know how you're doing on occasion. 48 hours on drops is correct.

    Sorry u were hungry. Some up their protein portions those last couple of vlc days off drops. It may help some. Good luck in p3.

    I believe that with the drops, it is a full 48 hours (2 days). I do injections and I know they are 3 days. The drops leave your system quicker than the injections.

    Thats what I would do. I stopped 5lbs from my goal, and gained 3 or 4 lbs from my lowest weight so i'm going to end up doing a short round and give myself some wiggle room to go into p3 with. It was really hard get that close and not make it! As far as being done loosing, they say when you are done loosing. (have no more abnormal fat or are at the weight your body likes) you will get really hungry. So untill that happens you should be good.

    I did, too, Bryan, but that weight didn't stay off as much. For some it does, and gives a couple # cushioning for the 2 lb. up rule. Good luck.

    I am 5-10 pounds from the goal weight I would like to be. I had planned on doing 23 days but I am thinking of adding another 10 days as I averaging 0.6 per day. I figure since I had a 1.4 pounds loss I am not done losing yet.

    I lost two more pounds but I've been stabilizing at the weight when I last took the hcg. Would have loved to keep the other two off but whatever. I haven't cheated if that was gonna be your next question

    I did. But i dont know if it stays off. I think you try to stabalize at the weight you are on the last day you take the hcg

    I personally think it should be more about being fit, than a number on the scale. Don't u. From your photos u look very fit, to me. You definitel need to be eating more to do that 10K you're talking about at the end of the month. Just my opinion. Bryan, U've done great, I always read your blog but don't usually comment as it seems more of a journal for your benefit and reference. Way to go.

    I pack food when I travel as well. The difficult part for me is getting enough water when I travel. I guess I do not care paying $1 for 20oz of water esp. when I normally drink more than 2.2ltrs daily.

    I can totally relate. I travel a lot between San Francisco and FL and it is really hard when I get stuck in the airport or on the plane for longer than normal. I usually do what you did-order either salad with chicken or sandwich and just eat the plain chicken and lettuce. Not too much fun! I started bringing food with me on the last few trips and that made it easier. I cut up chicken and apples and carry in a cold pack lunch bag.

    Thanks Dubblles. In the past year and a half I fluctuate from 172 to 190. I want to be more stable and around 165-170.

    Way to go! 8 lbs. on someone who didn't look all that heavy to begin with is a big deal! Keep up the good work. Today (Superbowl Sunday) is going to ba a challenge for most of us. Good luck.
