    Oh man. I'm so sorry to hear about your baby. I hope they're doing a lot better. You've done so well. I remember looking at your before and after pics a few months ago. You are such an inspiration. Do you mind me asking how tall you are? I'm 5' 4" and have a goal weight of 125. I'm hoping to drop down to at least 130 with this round that I'm on (beginning of R2), but am not sure what to expect. And dang, if I look as good as you when I'm in the 130-range, hopefully a bit lower, then I'll be happy.

    Oh, and I'll be watching for your P3-friendly recipe for those girl scout cookies! Can't wait!

    Thanks! I can't wait, lol.

    Last year when I first started the diet I was 169lbs. So I am down 43lbs.

    I've gotten mine from pharmacy escrow and I cannot remember the other place off hand.

    Congratz, your almost gonna start p3, I'm starting up again tomorrow I had 4 days off I gained 3 and a 1/2 pounds back from ldw, but that's ok I'm gonna just take it as a lesson learned like you with stress eating. Before using Hcg what did u weigh? I'm also using injections I mixed a batch for 30 days I'm excited, I hope my hcg is real. Where do you get your HCG from?

    I applaud you for doing P2 during Fourth of July.
    I love jams, my grandma and great grandma used to make them. She even made a tomato sweet jam once...that was interesting.

    I'm glad she's doing better too. Just watching her be so sick was killing me and my husband. Now to see her wanting to eat everything and get around and play makes us so happy.

    And yes, 23 day round. I am not beating myself up over it but was hoping to have to never do it again, oh well.

    I'm so sorry you and your family have been thru a rough patch. I can completely understand the stress and so glad you're not beating yourself up because of it. Not failure at all, life happens! Happy to hear your baby girl is feeling better.

    Glad you checked in and let us know how you are doing. I suppose you are only doing a short round? 23 days?

    Welcome to p3!!

    The first day was always hard for me. I felt full quick and then felt yucky sick like. But after a couple days that feeling passed and I was able to up my calories to where they should be.

    I can't wait to see your progress.

    Thanks fro sharing! Never had my blood work done like that...or eeven know what to look for on hit. But I think I may be a little defficient in it too. Been taking the B12 supplement for a month or so now, feel great and noticed I got a lot of the foods on the list above to start Ph3. Again...thanks for all the information you share!

    and btw...that is awesome you spent a weekend with family/vegas and came back satisfied with your weight. I can't wait to feel that way. Today is official Day oh PH3 and I'm excited. Been trying to plan out my day with calories...but I'm only getting to 700 before I feel like I don't know what else to add!

    Ok, twice I tried to post and twice all info I typed gone. :-(

    The supplements I use are:

    L Carnitine-GNC
    Digestive Enzymes-Walmart
    Acidophllius-Walmart
    Biotin-Walmart
    MSM-Walmart
    Cholestoff-Walmart (my cholesterol is a little high)
    Omega 3-Walmart
    Co Q-10-Walmart
    Potassium/Magnesium-Walmart

    My doctor was well aware of all the supplements I take and told me to continue doing so and to come back in 6 months to check my cholesterol levels again.

    Yes...what type of supplements and where from? And also...you mentioned almond flour cookies?? I have been dreaming up a recipe that would be possible for PH3/Ph4....It would make a world of difference for the rest of my life if I had a few new recipes up my sleeve for family dessert night, or a dish to take to share for holidays....Maybe PM me???

    Hello. Congrats on stabilizing! Do you mind sharing what type of supplements you used on phase 3 to stabilize? Also, when referring to stabilizing do you mean the same exact weight for several days, or varying by several points ex: 138.4, or 138.0 etc?

    shadowcat410, Yes, that is the one I got, non flushing. But I'm thinking of stopping it bc I started getting some bumps on my arms that itch and after doing some research online, it seems it can cause itchy rashes. So I took my last niacin pill today (before I read on about it), after today no more and we'll see how my arms look.

    newlife&love, there were days where I just wanted to flat out quit as I was growing really tired of fish and chicken and apples every day. Keeping my food simple helped me with my best losses. So I know exactly how you feel. I'm so excited for you, I can't wait to see how you do!

    Did you get the Non-flushing Niacin? I just got my bottle but haven't taken it consistently though.

    You are THE BEST! Thank you! You truly inspire me and thank you for that ... you know how you have days (especially nights) when it is hard(er) on this journey. And 100% agree .. this place is the best! I just found it early in my R2 and it has been a life saver. Now, I did become borderline obsessed and the work suffers (I work from home). But hey, I did 80-100 hours a week for a whole year, then peaked at my top weight last August (5 lbs above the weight I went into the delivery roomm 18 years ago), that freaked me out .. found HCG and started my first round in August. Lost 22 lbs, maintained, then started second round in March 2011. And here I am .. almost can taste P3 I am so committed to continue learning this healthy eating .. longer rounds are really good for that and re-setting not only hypothalamus but my mind as well. Also, mega toning ahead. I realized, I was at this weight in college, but I was TONED. So yeah, the journey continues ... but we are soon to add lattes and creem cheese and eggs .. so they journey is starting to look A LOT more yummier I will be in touch and will keep on trying all these yummy items. Many thanks again and best of luck to you too! Nothing like a fresh new start .. I've never thought I would have one like that .. at least not in this lifetime Hugs!

    Awe thank you! Seeing everyone else do it inspired me to do it last year when I was on a yahoo group. I'm so glad I found this place bc everyone here is so much nicer and it is what kept me going to get to my ultimate goal. I love this place!

    Darling, been following your posts for a while and enjoying a lot ... I don't have much time to write but I am here often .. and it kept me going .. Day 47 today of my second round .... 43 lbs gone (not counting reloading weight). About few lbs away from my university days ...but we will need to tone that up and lose those last few lbs in a regular way. Anyway, tomorrow is my last day of drops ... YAY!!!!! Yes, feeling like Christmas is this weekend .. already got all my P3 Whole Foods shopping and planning ahead what to cook & eat. Could you please let me know where can I find that Maria's blog you are talking about? I've used to cook a lot (I am European from the Mediteranean so prettly light and clean typically), then stopped for years and was eating out or ordering in .. that may be the reason I gained so much weight. Now with my two rounds I started cooking again ... it is a must if you will make it through the long round .. and you need to be creative. This Forum helped so much with that. So yes, please let me know where to find the blog you are referencing and Goji berries that you mentioned. Congratulations on your journey and please keep on bloging ... I will be reading all along ... you are really doing all this in such a great way and it helps the rest of us to read through. ok, P3 please, come on down!!!!!
