It sounds like you're making great progress so far! No hunger is the absolute best. I love the break from regularly working out during P2 as well. It's nice to let life slow down a smidge.

I think your meal plan is a fantastic idea! I might have to borrow it for my next round.

Good luck on your continued losses!

You are going to rock this round! Have a great power workout today. It is unbelievable how much fluid our body retains due to our sodium intake!

    Make it a great day!!

Welcome back! Someone I actually recognize! Seems like we have gone through a lot of people around here. I wonder if they lose and disappear or what....Anyway, glad to have you back! Happy losing this round!

I do the shots at home. Last two rounds I used the HUCOG formula, this round I am trying out the Corion formula. Last two rounds I went for 40-43 days, this round I am going to go for 23 days, hope to reach my goal of -61lbs.

From what I know about the rounds, generally speaking and from experience, as long as you give yourself the mandatory 'breaks' in between rounds (i.e. 3 weeks between R1-R2 / 6 weekfs between R2-R3 / 8 weeks between R3-R4) I think you should be fine.

I had greater losses in R2 than I had in R1. I was wiser to the protocol AND my body seemed to recognize that "ok we are back on this diet, time to lose again". I do not feel that the longer rounds slowed my losses for the following round.

    Best wishes for continued success.

Are you doing Homeopathic HCG? How many days are you doing it for? I'm doing it and I want to do longer than 40 days. Some people have said that they did it and it was fine, but some people say bad stuff, like you wont loose as much next round if you do a second round. Please let me know. Thanks

This sounds like someplace I've been. The wine...I had two glasses last week at a social outing and what a splitting head the next morning. I've decided it's just not worth it. And. I used to love my wine. When you feel the need to clean, come on over and help me out!

I take magensium 400 mg "NOW" brand. Start with 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, if that is too much then 1 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. It works!!

Yum - wine..... That's one thing I'm really missing in P2. Hopefully I'll drink in moderation once I hit P3!

I'm also a house scrubber when I get stressed out. It's nice to have a clean house without having to talk myself into it.

The magnesium should def help with the BM. I've been on the digestaway and megnesium w/PH3 and it's so regular, and nice and convenient. Ah

As for the cleaning...I have just got to learn to 'let go'. All of my bad habits stem from some sort of fear. Fear that if a friend comes over and sees a pine needle on my floor they will think I'm a bad house keeper. Or if they see a dirty dish that I'm lazy. All of that is un-true, and a lie from the devil! I have got to just work and not be idle throughout the day, and be content with what I get done as long as I'm being productive. I don't have a house-cleaner, but I would def be one of those people who cleans for the cleaner! lol We WILL find balance!

Hey Happy! I read this post yesterday but didn't have enough time to respond the way I wanted to. Thank you for sharing this! Outside of the crazy pressures the world puts on us, this is the most important thing I have gotten from this diet also:

"What HAS changed is that I no longer feel powerless when it comes to my weight and my food intake and I feel HEALTHY."

I can't even tell you how perfectly you put exactly how I've been feeling! When I started P3 I thought I was going to binge at McDonalds and all the other food I thought I would miss before I started HCG. Afterwards, I saw exactly how much and what my body wants and this is so priceless for us!

45.2lbs is just plain amazing! Have fun in P3, and keep in touch so we know how it goes . Take care girl!
