    Are you in P2? I just had a 2 day gain, now a 1 lb loss, so I'm back where I was four days ago. Seems to be part of the whole process. Keep on keepin' on!!

    Thanks ladies.... I am still looking for stevia here. So far the only sweetner alternative I have found at the stores is sweet and low. There is a GNC at one of the malls.. Maybe I can find some there.. fingers crossed

    So, Deb, did u lose 2 lbs. today? Wow, good for u. U can do this, I'd try what D. said, about the cinnamon and sweetener on apple. I have that almost everyday. It's really delicious and tasty enough for when u're not on protocol. Keep it up, you're doing great. Luv your personality.

    Deb, when I get a sweets craving I take some cinnamon and stevia (a packet of stevia and a few drops of vanilla stevia) slice up my apple real thin and then bake the apple with the cinnamon and stevia a few tablespoons of water in a tinfoil pouch, the apples turn out like the inside of an apple pie. That really helps my sweets cravings. Also for my chocolate cravings I do a teaspoon of cocoa powder with a few drops chocolate stevia in my coffee. Maybe you can try those to get you through the next couple days. TOM can be hell on this diet, but you can do it! Stick too it girl you're going to bypass that 20 marker before you know it!

    OOps. That is frustrating. Must be u're holding water, or some kind of sensitivity to what u ate? Did u have a different protein, or a different veggie. Oranges? High sugar fruit? Just wondering. Did u drink all your water? Hang in there, hopefully it will fall tomorrow morning. I know these upticks are irritating, lord knows I've had plenty of them.

    Yeah, congratulations on another lb. down. No hunger really helps. I haven't been that hungry myself, which sure helps you keep your focus. Grilled onions, that sounds wonderful. I haven't done that yet. Think I will add that to my veggie list too. Thanks for the sauce Dubbles, I'll add that too. I'm still trying to figure out things that I can add to get my calories up a bit. Can you use salsa as a condiment? I've been leaving out my bread sticks too. I am also 1 lb. down today. Yeah for us!

    WTG Deb! I enjoy onions, too! Instead of grilling I put one in a Ziploc Steam Bag whole without cutting, a little water and steamed it in a microwave as though it was a whole potato. Came out soft like an onion ring without the crunch. I cooked my steak in the gf grill at the same time. Was one of my favorite meals!

    Grilled onions were my go to veggies on all three rounds. Love them, cooked a gf grill. Way to go on down 1 lb. U can also make a p2 honey-mustard sauce to dip them and your fish in. Just mix yellow mustard (it doesn't have sugar in it), then a little of Emeril's Kicked Up Mustard (it has horseradish sauce in it), add sweetener, stir and use as dipping sauce. It's very good on everything--onions, fish, chicken. U may want to try that. Good job, u're doing great.
