I think the drops are good. I've gotten several bottles from the same place, and I was fine. I'm not feeling anything unusual, or uncomfortable ... other than bumb.

Abinco said it all. No need for me to add more. Looks like to me you stabilized lower than last dose weight. Who wants to argue with that? NOT ME!

You can fluctuate 2 lbs above LDW and below. If you go up, you are supposed to do a steak day immediately when you are 2 lbs over. You should stay at one weight consistently and that is stabalizing. I think you are below or a tad above LDW that is okay too. I always stayed a one weight which was in the safe range. Its a weight you are most of time. Do not leave P3 till you stabalize. Maybe read the Dr. Simeon book about this again if you haven't. Good luck!

Sounds awesome...I copied and pasted it into my P3 recipes document. Can't wait to try this in a couple of weeks! Thanks for sharing.

That makes sense ... Haha ... I'm still trying to catch on here. All the info, lingo & figuring out how this site works is really interesting, but I think I could do this full time and still have questions. I have to remind myself, this is all a process. Have a fab day & thanks for getting back with me.

Thank you ... When you refer to 3 weeks of p4 is that the same thing as part (2) of p3? ... when introducing starch & sugar back into our meals?

But it's said that going from P2 to P3 and then back to P2 right away could cause problems - loose skin, not enough time for your body to recover, etc.

So I've decided that I'm going to wait. I really really really don't want to, but I'll stay on P3/P4 until my schedule has room. Oh, and I'm praying that my long trip either gets cancelled or postponed until July!

Hey, this is a really cool site. I just checked it out. It tracks the same way as my IPhone app, except it is really fast, and you can keep track of everything. Looks like they have done a good job creating this. Thanks for the post.

I really never realized all those little things I take for granted. Today is day 44. I had a BIG cheat last week & gained 6 lbs! Sooo I decided to do a couple extra days to get it off. Next treat is a facial. I hate to say "good luck" because I know luck, has nothing to do with it ... soooo good job. Will see in P3 soon.

Got a chuckle from me. O, the little things in life we take for granted, huh? Wow, down 28.5 lbs. Mind sharing how long your round was? That's fantastic! Way to go. Will be joining p3ers myself, very soon.

Woohoo! Drinking tons of water ... Down 3 pounds ... 3 more to go ... then I'm back to where I was Friday. My abdomen has gone down a little
too. Does anyone know how to determine what foods you have a sensitivity to????
  16. mwaterfear's Avatar
    Feisty,
thanks for the input & encouragement it's greatly appreciated. Sensitivity ... that's for sure. It must have been the bread. God please don't let it be "best foods." I'll be very carefull in 3 & 4 ... then back to 2 again ... a few times. Today is full of water, fish & one tomato. Woohoo It will come off!

Seriously with that kind of gain I'd say you had a definite sensitivity to something... Soooo when you do shed it and move forward into phases 3 and 4, make sure you are very cautions about adding things in slowly. Consider it a good wake up call. The good news is it will come off.. Lots of water and clean eating.

This is crazy! I'm up 6 pounds (I expected 2 or 3) and my abdomen is soooo painfully bloated. If anyone reads this and wants to cheat ... DON'T DO IT!!!! ... A sandwich & chips just aren't worth it. I'm drinking lots of water, and staying on phase 2 longer than 40 days ... until this 6 pounds is off.

Yeah, just keep on going ...always keep on going. You will find that on the boards said over and over again..Plus, its best to finish the round and not end it early unless you are only doing a certain amount of days. Grammy often talks about that.

    Here's to your first round!!

Thanks ... I'll do the hcg for another day, then start maintenance. This is my first round so, I wasn't sure what to do.
