    Congrats on your FFF day loss, I've also previously had success w/ it and I love fage but its harder than a steak day IMO lol. I also find it funny that people don't "notice" or comment on such significant weight loss, I believe maybe people are afraid of an uncomfortable situation or making you feel bad about how you were before. I've lost 30 lb's and aside from my family not one single comment about the loss, lol not even my bf (which i'm glad about).

    Glad you posted an update! It sounds like you are doing really well--still being within your window is excellent! And the FFF days are always a great little tool to have in the arsenal!

    As for the response from others who see you...I am having the exact same thing. I know I look totally different, but I when we went on a visit to see family in another state, everyone was talking about how my husband had lost weight, and he had only lost 10 pounds, while I had lost almost 30. Pretty funny. Even yesterday I was with a friend and a mutual friend came up to us and commented on how great my friend looked and asked how she had lost so much weight. *Sigh* Ah well, I was looking at home videos last night and saw myself from last year and *I* know I look completely different, so I guess that's what matters.

    Check back in when you can. I think it is great for people in their first round to see that it is possible to stabilize after HCG!

    Good to hear from you ;-) Yes, love FFF days! Actually, in P2 I did a Fage day, but used 0%. So for lunch and dinner I had my Fage and nothing else all day except coffee, water and tea. From what I remember, it was helpful. With doing this round vegetarian I had to be more adventurous and try rogue foods because there is no way I could eat eggs and cottage cheese my whole P2 for my protein. I'm also mixing my veggies and so far it has not affected me at all. This will be my last round for the summer, but I might do one again later in the year like in October to get me ready for all the holiday eating

    Liked your update! Sounds like your weight has stuck pretty well. Those FFF days are a saver for sure! I tried one when I was 'in range' and didn't lose at all.....wondering if steak day would produce the same? My steak day was really hard too. I've heard of some doing half and half. Start with fage for breakfast/snack/lunch, and meat for the rest.

    Hardly anyone has commented about my almost 30lbs lost, going from 146 to 117.5. Oh well...I'm glad they don't see me as a 'size', and they treat me the same. Ive read some blogs where the person who loses weight gets treated so different, it makes them sad.

    So far I don't really "crave" sugar. My weakest time of day is between when I get home from work and when dinner is ready (3:30 - 6:00ish). I really want a snack then, and I want what's fast and handy. But since this diet, I've not really 'snacked' that much. That's the time when I've had the small bits of candy mentioned, but only because it happens to be in bowls on the mantle in the kitchen. We'll see how I do once I'm out of P4, and supposedly eating like a normal person. (whatever normal is) BTW...I stopped tracking calories about five or six days ago. I'm eating oatmeal every morning. Not sure what to try next. I won't try anything white till I'm out of the three weeks of P4, and then sparingly. May try brown rice tonight.

    I'll let you know about the big reveal. Those that don't like me will simple not say anything, since they really don't talk to me anyway.

    Congratulations on your anniversary! Looks like you are rockin P4! Hope I do that well... althought I will only be on it for like a week and then I am starting P2 again to get it over with. Make sure to report on how the big reveal goes ;-)

    So, are you finding that the more often you eat sugar, your cravings are increasing? Or do you feel they are controllable?

    I don't think sugar is my problem, though, it's the carbs. The heavenly delish white bread, white pasta, potato chips, etc.
    (can you tell this is my last day in P2) ??? ;-)

    Thanks Kelli. I'm glad to read this. I bought more magnesium today (had a coupon, so what the heck), but thought I can return it if the vets on the forum advise to stop it. It wasn't expensive. I hate the ones from Target (blue bottle, can't remember the brand), two 250 mg tablets twice a day and they start to dissolve almost the second they are on my tongue! Bleck! The new ones are 500 mg, and "coated for easy swallowing"!

    Will go by Walgreens tomorrow to check prices, plus they have a wider selection. I bought a probiotic at KMart, did not see "digestive enzymes", and also saw that the L-Carnitine was $15, and figured I'd shop around a bit first. It's been raining cats and dogs here for days, so I only wanted to make one stop. I printed dragginflyys list of what and how much she takes and have been carrying it in my purse. If the rain would just take a BREAK, I could get this out of the way!!

    Loving the PB, was terrified it woud make me gain, because, I figured of all things to cause a gain it would be one of the things I love, and missed, the most. So glad to find my fear was unfounded. Hoping oatmeal is a "go" for tomorrow. Speaking of "going", maybe it will help in the bathroom department! LOL Goodnight, sweet love!

    Edit note: the brand of magnesium from Target is "Origin". Cheap, but chalky. If you can stand it to swallow them, they work fine.

    Ah, you finally tried PB! Heavenly isn't it? I just started the L-Carnitine, Probiotic and Digestive Enzymes this weekend too. They all act to affect metabolism one way or another, but the three together is like a triple whammy. I still take my magnesium too though. When I purchased my L-Carn and Probiotic at Target on Saturday I talked to the pharmacist and she said suggested that I keep taking the magnesium. So, I will keep taking it just to make sure I stay regular, for now.

    I just posted a blog about phase 4 too. So I can't stop thinking about how I can't wait to go back to phase 2 in June but in phase 2 all I could think about was phase 3. What is wrong with me!???

    We had spaghetti with meat sauce tonight as well, I put mine over coleslaw cabbage and gave the kids pasta. I actually like the coleslaw spaghetti better.

    I started out at around 1300-1400, and have worked my way up to 2000+ (and it wasn't hard to do). Since all I can eat besides meat and veggies is dairy and nuts, it's easy to increase calories pretty quickly just by adding an oz of pecans to my yogurt, sunflower seeds to my salad, or cream to my tea.

    Yep yep. Thank you! I like to see what people eat in P3 and are ok with and what the calories are because it's hard to believe that we can eat that much...

    Good job. I am with you...every morning I expect a gain but I am exactly the same as the day before. I guess NOT cheating in phase 2 and making good choices in phase 3 really does work. Not really looking forward to round 2 again in June but I am only 20 pounds away from my goal weight so I will put my big girl pants on and just get it done!

    Isn't AMAZING to go through your closet and get rid of clothes that you were wearing just a couple months ago? I love closet shopping!

    Thanks for all the nice comments. What a boost to the self-esteem! Yes, I feel pretty great right now. I'm actually looking forward to the time when I'm not thinking about it all the time.

    Aren't we all our worst critic?? We all have that vision in our heads of what we looked like before the weight gain. A friend of mine showed me a picture of when she first started out in her career (a size 10 like I was too). Wow she looked FAB! But then she had a baby, moved to St. Louis from 'home', and wa-la, she's a size 16-18. She told me then, "This is the person I see when I look in the mirror." I've thought about that comment a lot over the years. The picture in my head is of the first few years after I married DH. I am now nearly there again. Of course, I'll never see 128 lbs again (wt when we married), but I'll never see the age of 25 again either!! Life goes on, stuff happens. But I am more content with the way I look now that I have in YEARS.
