    Hi, I'm new to this HCG injection stuff. Was able to encounter it while browsing for ways to lose weight. This type of losing weight seems interesting. However, I can't seem to make up my mind between drops and injectables. I've read one article that says that HCG injections are more effective than those taken orally because drops, pills, and sprays are most likely dissolved before ever reaching the bloodstream. So I'm leaning towards injections for a faster effect. But well, injections still scares me a bit. I've got low pain tolerance unfortunately. haha.
    How was your experience captncrunch?

    @ Rabo, I forgot a day, Its actually over 4 days, but considering I gained over 10lbs loading its to be expected. I've been doing the diet for almost 2 years and have gone through full rounds, short rounds and cycling. For me stabilizing after a 59 day round was much harder that after a 10 day round, so I stuck to cycling. Since I started this program I made a lifestyle change, but sometimes when holidays come around its hard to keep everything in check, so this is just me cleaning house. Mainly to get my body used to smaller portions and my appetite off of sweets so that I can get back on the wagon. The 3 net lbs I'll be losing is just a happy plus. :-)

    Wow. Congrats on your amazing achievements! From what I've read in Pounds & Inches, you must do a minimum 23 day round in order for the reset to be effective (paraphrasing). Since you are sporadically doing rounds of random days, you are not likely to experience the same benefits of metabolism reset.

    In my opinion, since you are so small and at your goal, now is the time to really focus on a consistent lifestyle change. Weight training, sensible clean eating and so forth. You have this opportunity for optimal health. Take advantage of it, sweetie.

    I probably sound like your parents! But... I was alarmed to read your post. 13 pounds in 3 days is something I've never heard of in someone as tiny as you.

    Hey Pr! I know I always say I'm done for good yet I keep coming back. Lol. This round isn't so much for weight loss as much as a fresh start to stabilize. Christmas eating kinda threw everything outta wack, and I was correcting every day again. Last October ish, I did a 9 day round for the same reason and I stabilized really well after out, even though my new ldw was 1lb above my last round ldw. I went up 1lb today, probably my body trying to rehydrate, or the 6 oz of 85% turkey I accidentally ate. But as of this morning I've lost about 101 ish? Only a could lbs more than what was supposed to be my absolute last round in may. I am already at goal, but when I first started in 2011, I wanted to be 110, which I realize might be too little. Then I wanted to be 115, but that last may round my body got stuck at 117, and I didn't have the will to keep going. So I guess I'm just finishing the job now.

    HEY GIRL....nice to see you again!!!! you'll do great....no worries. Why are you doing this???? It seems you are already at your goal weight! How much have you lost since you started this in 2011???

    Hey, sorry for the late reply! The C-120X i order online from SwansonVitamins.com, i think they ae more powerful personally, but the most accessible is the Natrol Carb Intercept that you can find at Walmart, GNC or stores like that.

    I plan to go hunting for the (Swansons C-120X & natrol). What stores do you normally buy them from, and I presume they're in the weightloss supplements section? I like how you explained what you think the body might be doing in order for you to have still lost weight with alcohol consumption, but you also said you gave yourself 'caloric wiggle room'----which isn't much when on 500cals/day for me (on phase 2). But I'll have to hurry up and buy those items, since i'll be going out with the girls this weekend and wanna still lose a little bit.

    -please keep me posted about the store you bought the stuff from, so I can run out an purchase the items tomorrow.

    Honestly over the past two weeks I've drank three nights, one time was just white wine, one time was gin and vodka (mixed with diet ginger ale or light lemonade), and the last time I had baileys, vodka, and wine. I lost every time, but I also take carb blockers when I introduce starches, including drinks. I used Swansons C-120X (natrol is another one they sell in stores if you wanna try one) and idk it really prevents gains, but i don't think it necessarily causes loses. I think maybe it was the dehydration caused by the alcohol coupled with the fact that the carb blockers prevented my body from storing the other things i ate during the day to uses the carbs from the drinks for energy, since your body processes starches from alcohol first.     That's great that you still lost weight after a night out drinking! wow! I have a concern this coming week, when my friends will be in town and all of us go out partying, that I will not be able to drink for fear of gaining too much. My hcg clinical consultant said "If you have to drink anything, only do vodka, because you'll gain the least". So that was what I had planned to do (in moderation), until I saw your post. What did you drink that caused you to still lose weight?

    Good for you! I am stabalizing at 2.6 over LIW and am fine with that. I only have to correct if I go out and have a few drinks. It is so nice to know we can do this. Congrads!

    I was all water weight, since I gained 10lbs on loading it disappeared much faster.

    Get the MyFitnessPal FREE app for your phone or sign up on their website to track your calories and water! Almost every food you can think of is in the app and it has a bar code scanner! You can save meals and recipes and share them with "friends". I couldn't have done R1 without it! It is free and you will worry less.
