    Hey perseverance!! Thanks!

Honestly, I don't know. After a while I said eff it....Although, I've been working towards being able to stay within 1700 calories (about the right amout for my ht/wt), and last week when I attempted to do a rotisserie chicken day, I ended up having a serving of fries and then later that night a bag of popcorn but still stayed pretty close to 1700 since all else was chicken and miracle noodles, definitely under 1900. But I "only" gained 1.4 the next day, which is literally the lowest gain I've had in a month. One thing I noticed was that day I had very little dairy (normally the only dairy I have is cheese) only what was in a pesto sauce I used, and I didn't mix the fries w/ a protein (which supposedly is bad for digestion). So I feel like carbs may not be the enemy, but certain foods and food combination that my body no longer likes.

You are scaring me with the sensitivities and gaining. Is it mostly carbs you think that make you gain? I wish more people who have done HCG and stabilized for a long time would post now and again and tell it like it really is and what it takes to really maintain. I wish you luck and welcome back!

Thanks mofro, maybe I shouldn't have had heavy cream, I used it in my cauliflower mash and to thicken the sauce in my chicken, so that could very well be it. I'm also gonna have to go through and do some strength testing and lasering possibly.

Oh ok. My first p3 day I gained 3 because I forgot that last time I had to add in eggs and cream on separate days..It went back down after a couple of days of 3meals higher protein and no snacking, almost leptin reset style...I am 5 days into p3 and back to last injection weight w/o a correction day...maybe try eating clean for a couple of days and start adding back in slower..I hope you get it worked out...P.S. I can only dream of being near 120 so good work lil lady!!

Julie it was my first time actually using the yeast, but I never exhibited candida like symptoms before, although it wouldn't hurt for me to look a bit more into that. I'm hoping it was just normal, maybe I ate too much salt and it will drop off soon.

Mofro, that was me, but I took homeopathic drops which only requires 48 hours to get out of your system.

I think I remember seeing your blog saying that you were taking your last drops on a certain day then you had 48 more hours of vlcd...If this was you I am pretty sure you should go 72 hours after the last drop/injection day because the hcg is still in your system. If it was still in your system and you didn't ease into the p3 foods it could cause a significant gain.

Do you always take yeast? Do you have candida issues? If not, it could just be a normal fluctuation. DOnt panic just eat normally for a few days and I bet it will come right back off. I know you know what you are doing so I wont ask if the bacon had sugar or was cured. Dont fret, drink more water or take a detox bath. Youre doing great.

This 100%, I really don't wanna sound harsh either, but it comes off as a bit inconsiderate since most of us blogging are actually in p2.

Thanks New Julie. My mom and I have talked about her starting some sort of regimen over the summer. We know hcg wouldn't work for her because she's never had to worry about her weight, and she still doesn't look big, so she has no motivation to actually follow a diet. Lol, but knowing her body she'll probably just lose 15 lbs over the summer because she doesn't have access to the dining hall. Lucky.

I'm hoping not having to worry about steak days every other day will help me mentally with not stuffing my face in fear that I won't get to eat "real food" for another day or two.
