8.3 lbs?! Wow! I had no idea! Lol I am also taking the homeopathic drops. Originally my Naturopath recommend the lozenges but when she found out that my Grandmother died of breast cancer, she quickly changed her tune and would only prescribe me the drops. She told me since the lozenges and injections are actual drugs that increase your Estrogen levels, she didn't feel they were a safe option for me, given my history. The homeopathic drops do not raise your estrogen and mimic the HCG molecular structure, but have the exact same effect as the other alternatives. Good luck with your journey!!

Thanks Joyishappee! I am not too discouraged but when I look at my journals from the last three rounds I was doing better. I should be ashamed...anyone losing this kind of weight would be elated and in some respect I am too! Also I am 59 years old and maybe it just gets a little harder to lose! I drink at least a gallon of water a day but did you know that one gallon of water equals 8.3 pounds!!!! That blew my mind! One more week! yipee. Well I go until my drops run out (I am on the homeopathic drops...always have done it. $60.00 a round and it can't be easier) All my friends take the drops as well. What type of HCG are you doing?

    Hi Maggiep
This is my fourth round in as many years, I do one a year... I have always gotten so bored after the first week so have to think "out of the box". My sister did hcg and was stifled after 8 or so days...but that is because she couldn't think of anything else to eat. Once I made the stuffed cabbage, or lemon chicken......she stuck to it. I know I mix veggies but i lost 28, 35 (but that round I did for 28 days) 25.6 and now this round so I don't think it hurts that much! Let me know your favorite thing to make so we can breeze through P2 together!!!! Good Luck

thanks!!! I am 5'9" and their dad is only 6'1"...but somehow my sons are all very tall (and handsome!!!! lawyers!! and business owners.....can you tell I am proud) I am feeling better but also am afraid to go to P3. It seems that I like the restrictions because I know my perimeters. Ill just atkins. It has never been about the food for me, it is about the vodka!!!! I am not so anxious to get back into that though this time. I did have some very delicious, expensive and oh so tasty red wine last night....... At any rate, I wanted to thank you for always 'commenting" when I post something. It really made me feel great. I think I will go back to the gym. I don't know what body flow is but my daughter in law is a yoga and spin instructor so I suspect she will know....maybe I will try that! Good luck on your journey!!!!!

Thank you! My friend gave me a paleo cookbook that she LOVES and the recipes look pretty delicious. I wanted to continue for an extra few days, but my sons INSIST that I go off the drops as I am taking a longer time than normal to bounce back from this flu, so I will start P3 sooner than later. good luck to you. oh the Paleo book is "Well Fed 2" in case you were wondering.

It's getting ridiculous. I was on this site last year and it was so much better. I can't believe they allow it.

Cantaloupe isn't allowed. You can have an orange. Or you can have half a grapefruit.

Oranges seem to stall me, and in the past year I've developed an aversion to strawberries. It's so weird. I've always loved them.. But any more, they make me pucker like crazy and then get me nauseous every time. So I stick with apples - lucky I love them! I want to try grapefruit too, since I also love that, but I'm afraid it might slow my losses since oranges did. Sigh.
