    It's not on protocol but.... I drank 3 protein shakes a day and water only for the first 10 days. I lost 20 lbs and my husband 19 lbs. Someone commented that it was like doing Optifast. I have never done that. I was not hungry but it did get monotonous. We did a 30 round and my total loss was 28.4 lbs and my husband's was 36 lbs. Good luck whatever you choose to do!

    I'm now more motivated and very much looking forward to the weekend
    Im also getting the hang of this website.

    I'll be updating plenty as I've realised i can jump on while at work..yep...its not a barred website!! YAAAAAYYYY!!! lol

    There are some of us that are new and are loading this Saturday and Sunday...the thought is the weekend would make really great load days and then Monday at work (busy) which would be vlcd1
