Good Luck, you'll do great! Just make sure you're mentally ready for the next 20 - 40+ days. That's where most people fail. Cheating isn't worth it. Happy releasing!

The Activator is in place of HCG. Its full name is HCG Activator, and it is the same protocol (Pounds and Inches). It does say to take it under a physician's supervision, but I do not.

That is great! We sure can do it! My b-day passed, in April, but who cares! Any time I lose weight, I can celebrate!

Activator is a capsule that you take twice a day (2 capsules, x2). I bought it at the Vitamin Shoppe and they also sell it at GNC. It's only $55 a bottle - which I would consider a very steep discount to the shots or whatever else people do! Just google HCG Activator (probably just look it up on the websites of those folks). Good luck!

*I'm allergic to apples - so I usually have apple sauce in its place. Today, I opted for the tomato and peppers instead of apple. The carrots probably put me over the top.

That's awesome! You can totally do it. This is my second round and I am going to try to do it for about 5 weeks instead of 3 1/2 this time. My meals are prepared ahead of time and I am keeping my eye on the prize: Having a piece of birthday cake with my besties on my 35th!!!

GREAT!!! That's what I love about this board. Good job on the pre-pregnancy weight!!! I was almost there when I stopped last time. This time, I am going to blast through that goal and I won't know what to do when I get there! Good luck!!!

Hmm. i forgot about the bloating (I've been doing a pretty good job of getting bloated without TOM - eating carbs!!!). I think I will load the next few days and ease into p1 while on TOM. My appetite is always down around that time anyway. Thanks, and good to see you are still around!

I think it depends on how your TOM usually goes, I know I would start bloating the week before, so the week before I would stall out. When I started just a couple days into TOM though I did totally fine. So in the TOM weight gain aspect I think it just depends, as long as you're not starting around a time that you bloat and start gaining and lose your first week. I'm not sure if there is any particular reason pertaining to injections and hcg not working during TOM and what not, but i'm on hhcg.

Thanks, everyone for the great insight! I think the milk and milk sugars had been keeping me pretty happy - but over the last two weeks I started to transition out of milk and water and into diet sodas. First, it was a caffeine free soda, one a day, then two. Then I switched to caffeine and diet and it was pretty much down hill from there. Cheers to getting back on the wagon ASAP!!!

Moderation! It's like my brain didn't even know what that was today and yesterday. I don't usually need variety in my diet at all - but it was like a smorgasbord! Weighing in tomorrow and hoping to have a little of that punishment to set me straight!

Tomorrow I think I will do an all protein day. It's like I flipped a switch - probably from the Diet Coke/Caffeine intake. Thankfully, I'm out of diet soda and I will *not* be getting any more!!!

I'd try a double dose of multi right away and then try to figure out what I really want and then research on the forum or the internet to find out if there's a healthy way to get it. You're right in that if you continue the trend, it will eventually show up on the scales. Out-of-control cravings MEAN something--we just have to figure it out. Best of luck to you.
It's definitely at the same time every month - so I think you are spot on. Going to reach for my multi-vitamin NOW and in the a.m., too!
