Thank you all. It does feel good . . . does a heck of a lot for me in th econfidence department. Lindsey . . . Walk into the store and try stuff on . . not necessarily buying . . . take your camera phone into the dressing room and take pictures too . . . then you buy at the end of the round. It does so much to boost the confidence to try on smaller clothes.

Julie . . . the Inches are WAY better than the Pounds but for some reason I am so fixated on the numbers on the scale . It drives me nutso sometimes.

Curvygirl . . . buy clothes that are a little close since you plan on losing anyway . . . I buy them snug and smile a LOT when they start getting too roomy. I am trying not to buy too much transistion clothes since they won't be fitting for very long anyway.

the inches are the key. So far I lost 25.2 lbs byt 12.5 inches!! 5 inches off my waist. its such a joy!! Good for you! keep it up

Way to go.

I had to get a pair of jeans and a maxi dress two weeks ago and now I feel like I wasted my money because the jeans are saggy and the maxi dress [which I've only worn 2x] is way too big. I should have bought a smaller size in both. Now I'm back to square one.

All my pants are too big now. I have to go back to wearing dresses until I go down a complete size or two.

Ahhhhhh.....I really like those jeans.

Love veggies. Yup. Ok. My choice was between the Vitamix and the Blendtec. Went Vitamix. I think they do basically the same things. The Nutri-Bullet was also on my list since I had a magic bullet before. I think we are going to have fun together.

Lynne I love Icees, smoothies and I will definitely be making ice cream in P3 for sure.

I have a blend tech and I love it. Use it mainly in P3/4. especially like green smoothies. It is a great way to make certain you are getting greens in your diet. I know how you love vegetables!!,

I order my 23 day injection kits (without the HCG) from Amazon.com - and it includes the bac water I need to mix for injections. They also sell bac water by itself.

Hey Buddy . . . I am happy to see you.

That is my plan with dinner, I figure it would be like having a large breakfast. I plan to double up on the protein for dinner if I skipped it for breakfast or lunch. I like my job, I am only doing one now and the other I start in a bit. I am still going through those first days on the job teething issues but will will become routine soon and get a little smoother.

That was a really good start I hope it continues. I am in a good place mentally and I am ready for this so hopefully it will not be such a struggle this round.
