    I am so happy you are back! I have missed you. Sometimes things happen so that we can learn what we have to learn. sounds like what you may be saying here. The most important thing is that you are persevering. I am proud of you and so glad to hear from you.

I am very interested in fixing what is broken with me so that I can grow from this experience so that I will never repeat the past mistakes that took me to 250 lbs.

    Hey Buddy . . .happy to see you here. I increased the quantity of food that I am having and the chicken in the evening, I had quite a bit of that. Cabbage has never been my friend but that is ok. Radishes . . I know . . . They are not great but I seem to be ok with them and I will freely admit that I hate veggies with a passion. I am trying tho, I have to really try to make them a habit and incorporate them into every meal *sigh*

    I am on P3 and since I generally overdo things in P3, I am sticking to P2 foods and just increasing the quantities. I am looking forward to P2 again, because I do not miss the fats at all . . . adding cocoa crack today so that bumps the fat up. It feels like I am struggling to get the right foods in. Adding in that I had fage yesterday after lunch . . .

    Are you on P2 Or P3? This looks like a menu from P2? I would be eating more healthy fats.. Can't wait!

    Good to see some protein in there
    Just want to remind you ...in p3 you need to up your calories to find that sweet spot. I was more stable when I ate more, around 1500 cals. Each of us is different but I hear about a lot of gains and wt fluctuations BC people are not eating enough... A tough concept to embrace if you are a lifetime dieter. Ya know?

    Yesterday was going to be a steak day so that explains why there was nothing until the evening which turned into a chicken thing. I decided to just take your advice and balance my meals properly and wait for TOM to leave so hopefully with those changes things should even out.

    Thank you for checking up on me, I appreciate it very much. I am sure my calories are not up there where it should be, I really have not been vigilant about what I am eating. I am working on that.

    How many calories are you eating? Sorry to be a nag but this cannot be enough food for you. And you are not taking HCG now, correct? Why are you eating so little? Very concerned about you, my friend.

    First . . . Thank you for being there for me on this journey . . feel free to speak your mind because I am happy to hear your thoughts. I prefer if my friends tell me the truth . . . even if it hurts my feelings (in this case my feelings are not hurt, just makes me take a look at what I am doing) . . I will get over it but I will appreciate the honesty and frank speech.

    Looking over my meals . . . it does look like I have been having a snack fest and lacking balance . . . aside from eggs, I guess I have been leaving the protein out a lot . . . and the veggies . . . well I just have to add them back in there.

    Again . . thank you for the advice.

    Hi Mel, you know I agree w P. I really think you need some whole food ESP protein. Do you eat meat fish or poultry? I am concerned about your protein level. You probably have it figured out but just in case you haven't please look at your food intake in depth. Plug it into a site or an app. Your body needs protein and if you don't give it enough, it will go to your muscles and take it from there. And that is NOT good. What about veggies? Spinach is a good choice BC it has calcium, iron and protein. But what else are you having? If you can add a meat/fish...that might help keep you satisfied. I don't think you are eating enough whole food. The crack is high calorie but won't make up for the nutrition you need. What do you think?
    Oh and I don't think you should stick w p2 foods just make the best choices from the p3 list. No experimenting, especially if you are going to cycle. You need to feed your body. I'll shut up now. Xoxo

    You may want to try eating regular food. Protein and veggies at every meal. Fruit as a snack. Small amount of cocoa crack. I don't know that pork rinds and mug cake and cocoa crack really make a meal. Hate to give you advice when you may not be asking for it but somehow I can't help but think if you ate real food you could eat more of it and feel satisfied. I hope I didn't overstep my boundaries...just trying to help cause I care.
