Yes i agree proper sports is really important for the fitness as it will really help to be fit. I have joined a club named Aristocrat. We have the facilities to play baseball and rugby but space is not so sufficient for the rugby.

Once you have completed a full round including p3 and p4 some people do cycling. The way lady smart explained it to me was you do like 2 weeks of p2 and then 1 week p3 then back to p2 ext. It does not necessarily help you lose faster but some people prefer it so they can stay on track better. I am giving it a try to hopefully prevent gaining back those 5-10 pounds that reappear after p3 but before I go back on p2. This is my first time cycling so we will see how it goes. Hope this helps.

Your experience sounds like mine! I'm starting R2 this weekend, 9/25 & 26 and I'm considering cycling... My R1 was 43 days; it was hard. No other way to describe it. I lost 17.5 lbs. I stabilized well in P3 but have found P4 to be very challenging. I'm going into R2 at about +4.0 LIW, pre-load. I've learned alot and am making some tweaks for R2, probably like you! Good luck in your journey!
