Laughter is so Great!! Shellibelli!! I know that salivating feeling whilst in the super market too!!! My mouth literally fills up! But yes, I have been known in the past for raiding the frig' uncontrollably.. And always in the middle of the night.. Can't explain it - but this hasn't happened to me in years. I used to wake up smelling something sweet and find plates full of syrup next to my bed!! I immediately knew I had raided the frozen Eggo waffles or French toast and my stomach would be grumbling having itself been up all night trying to digest it... Talk about being overworked!! All jokes aside, it was that behavior that had me gain darn near 20lbs. in 1 year. I don't know if it being that TOM had me relapsing or what, but I think I might have to get those Darn Brownies outa here!! LOL Or really try to FORGET they are there - NOT letting it be my last THOUGHT before BED... I'm just saying........

Oh kwanzaa! How funny! Were you actually sleepwalking?! MAN! lol...I'm sorry I don't mean to laugh, but every time I go to the store or Costco's I look at those dang gluten free or supposed fat/sugar free brownies or muffins and I drool so bad I need to call maintenance for mop clean up in freezer aisle! IdK why, either! Before protocol, I never really gave a rip about chocolate. I miss my cocoa crack..lol.

Well, at least hopefully you remember that it tasted good! You have such a great attitude! Just stay POP and you'll be okay! Have a great day!

Dubbles, I want to start with saying Happy Anniversary to you!! I honestly like this forum of HCGer's... Collectively we all have so many experiences that all point in the same direction that someone here can always appreciate.... Like me!! Today was a good day and only tomorrow will tell.

You said it! my very first round in 2010, I didn't go hardly anywhere, was working from home, and it was so much easier . I just didn't put /have items around that I shouldn't have. Now I am working a regular 9-5 job, and there is temptation daily, or at least weekly. Today and every Thursday, our company brings in Panera bagels and I love the cinnamon ones. But today I said no, and didn't give in. It s also my wedding anniversary, and my husband wanted to take me to Ruth Chris for a steak, I texted him back, ARE YOU CRAZY? DID YOU FORGET I AM ON HCG AND CAN'T EVEN HAVE DRESSING ON A SALAD! Like Truetome said, it's a war, heh, battle of the bulge, huh. Or, you treat it like a job, and the pay is really more than just the pounds lost. You accomplish something you set out to do, that builds confidence and you lose weight, and look great is the bonus! Hang in there, you can do it, but it DOES take being a little antisocial. At least it does for me.

Thank you both for your inspiration!! Today I am back on strict protocol... I am going to take it day by day with each one planning to stay on protocol. I just gotta stay focused on the prize: my 4 sizes too small mini wardrobe I just ordered which has arrived!!! I really don't want to be disappointed..... I really want to loose this weight!!!

I Was Reading And You Sounded Just Like Me. I Had To Move Into A Cave To Do This Diet. I Mean, I Cut People Off So I Can Focus. This Diet Is Like A Job. You Have To Make It A Routine. Once You Dont Have A Plan, It Falls Apart. And Wanting To Cheat Is Soooooooooooo Tempting, But You Want To Lose Weight Sooooooooooo Bad. Its A War In Yourself. Im Cheering You On As A Friend In This Journey. WE!! Can Do It.

You can extend a round by skipping an injection once per week. Have you read Pounds & Inches? It discusses that in there.

I have to be very antisocial because I am weak and I will cave to alcohol and when I drink a little, my diet resolve dissolves. Cheating is not worth it. You can do this. Clear your social calendar as much as possible. Try to plan your weekends around projects you may need to do, such as organizing closets or whatever. Decline those social invitations by having other things to do. You CAN do this!

I'm deathly allergic to coconut but I use baby lotion on my skin

I use coconut oil when I cook but just a bit . I haven't had a problem with it. The first clinic I went to told me not to worry about lotions and I don't think it hurt me.

I Was Told To Take A Daily Vitamin For Energy. Maybe That Will Help.

I just found out I didnt start the diet correctly. I loaded for 2 days without injection then on 3rd day I started VLCD with injection. I was confused, so I decided to reload for 2 more days with injection, then start the VLCD. Hope it works out. I have to think that it will. Kind of happy though, because I made the best dinner this evening - not to mention the coconut milk ice cream in the freezer that keep callin my NAME! Silly me...

you are doing too much for taking so few calories in. I would skip any sort of exercise and sauna type activities. You definitely don't want to end up in the hospital because you passed out!

Good Luck. You can do it. Just take it day by day and try not to overthink things. Thats how I play this game. Meal by meal, day by day, etc...

i hate to tell you but it was one of the first signs I saw in my body. Yes, you will lose a little muscles. I put on muscle easily so I'm not too worried. I'd rather see drops on the scale first. Just keep going. I haven't exercised not one day on this diet and I love to lift weights and walk. I say lose the weight first.
