The pre made meals have made the difference for me this round last round I wasn't quite so on the ball and then I was always thinking about what I was going to eat. Good luck and enjoy that ACV cocktail I have mine every night.
We all have occasional up ticks, (at least I do, I did this a.m., up .6) but the scales will go back down if u stick to protocol. Hang in there. U've done so well. Lack of sleep may be contributing factor, though.
Your doing awesome I would presume the lack of sleep and well your losing very fast. Keep up the good work!
You had a pretty good loss cycle going there.... like a 3 pounder if I remember correctly.... I'd say lack of sleep and a body adjustment. Nothing to worry about. You should keep going down. Keep the faith and stay intent. I quote YOU, "I will lose 3 pounds then have only a .4 or .6 six loss then ones and twos again. " see there?
gEEZ Louise! 17.4 in 10 days? You're kicking some butt! Keep it up! Great job!
Ugh I could do the wind, but the cold. No way, Im from florida and think 68 is cold. But your doing excellent on your weightloss, you should be so proud of yourself. I bet the others will qiestion your success!
haha, yeah except its bitter friggin cold and the wind whips your breath away!
Sounds like in 80 to 85 mph winds you could just step outside the front door, face the wind and do it treadmill style. good losses! REAL good Losses!!
Good luck. The cabbage rolls recipe sounds yummy. I may have to try that. Thanks for sharing.
Way to go Fae! May this weekend scales be kind to u.
3 lbs? I'd take that! wtg!
Fae, it can be painful when u have to that badly. Can't it? Luved your blog, hope u have the loss u want this a.m.
Fae, your blog is hysterical! Hoping you got the loss you wanted! Keep going its so worth it!! You are doing a great job!
Thanks!! I know the melting of the fat will be incentive enough. So far tonight I have done good. But I find myself looking at the snack cart. I usually get a string cheese and a chocolate milk. I usually raid the fridge here for yogurt or pudding. We have candy or goodies stuck in many different places and I keep thinking of cheese and milk and chocolate. But then I tell myself no and laugh inside at how often the thought of nibbling comes to mind.
FaeM. You can do this. So much of the protocol is tied in to your mental state, so try and be as committed as possible. Do some positive self-talk, that u are ready, and you want to get this journey started, NOW. I know on my 2nd round, it was difficult. For some reason, I felt I wasn't ready to leave the good food of p3. This round however, my third, I've decided to focus and stay on it as long as I need. It is difficult to give up eating as a hobby and a friend, but u aren't giving up all those comfort foods for forever. The more u look at it as something u are looking forward to, the easier it may be. When the scale starts going down again, it is exciting. Maybe u can set yourself a small weight loss goal, maybe 10 lb increments. U will feel so much better after having done this for yourself. And I agree, doing p3 correctly is important for maintainenance. I have to do that this time. Good luck to you, on your journey!
