I'm behind a few days but I'm hoping because of Tom the release will come later!! I will be in the gym everydY this week!

Good for you! Like wwkiks said, it's important to listen to your body. Heck, if most of us did that we wouldn't be on this diet. You must nourish your body when it demands it, and leave the food alone when it doesn't.

Next time though, instead of a fruit, you may want to add more protein.

    You have a wonderful day!

Great Job!! It is very important to listen to your body. Be smart, always! I followed this to the letter the first round, the second I made some changes. I do stay on a schedule to avoid nights like you just experienced. We also add more protein. I have felt much better, had steady losses and stabilized in P3 without any problems. I am now back on P2 for a quick 2 weeks and it is going great! I love this diet and I am so happy with the results! I am going on a cruise in November and plan on being another 25 lbs thinner!! Have an awesome day! Happy Losing!

Congratulations on 12 pounds in 10 days, that is great! They don't consider it a stall unless your weight has not gone down for 4 days. I seemed to have a slight increase, then a bigger loss then no loss. Just be patient. Are you eating both fruits and the melba? I eventually gave up the melba and every few days I would cut out a fruit. I also found that cabbage caused me to stall or gain.

    Make it a great day!!

Congrats on your 1.5 - and welcome to the forums. We will all be your friend.

I am relatively new to the diet as well (18 days), but its easy to adjust to, you just have to be determined I suppose.

Keep checking in and let us know how you are doing, and good luck!
