Wow. That is a great loss. I wanna join
No, I haven't taken my measurements, did you? But there is a major difference, my mom asked this morning (had to stay with her last nite) how much more do u want to lose? I took that as a good sign, maybe she doesn't think I need to lose a lot more. U're still really young, I, on the other hand, don't want to get too thin, as I think as u age, too thin doesn't look good. I have a friend who turned 60, she's 5'8 or 5'9, wears a size 2. I think she looks 15 years old than me--way too thin. Not for me, no thanks.
we totally are! did you check your measurements? i am feeling better. thanks for looking after me!
Thanks mspanda, I'm going to look back on your blog to refresh my memory about the amino acid. Listen to me, I'm still groping at straws to find the miracle to help me lose these lbs as quickly as possible. We're about the same place in our protocol, time-wise, don't you see a huge difference in your clothes. I'm not dropping lbs. really fast now, but gosh, all my clothes are looser and look better. Sounds like u're feeling better. Happy losses.
dubbs: i think the amino acid is really helping me. cause every since i started taking it i lose almost a pound a day! i think i might change my plans and do a longer run. i don't really want to cycle. P3 looks like a total breeze after P2. i know you'll do great!
nsbrown, I definitely plan to recipe shop. Are you staying within your 2 lb. weight pretty easily?
I think that is a great idea to switch over to P3. P3 is a monster in itself. I am normally a big eater but trying to now eat 1200 calories a day was a big challenge for me. Go figure. Definitely look at the recipes.
hurrah! awesome job! you impress that daughter with your blogging and dedication to this protocol!
2.4?!?!?! Whoohoo!!!! That's fabulous!!!! I agree with Kati though... Your HUGE success is keeping control with the small ups on the scale! To not be controlled by a number.... WIN WIN WIN! Way to go!
Oh and by the way, I havent' even told my daughter (pictured with me on my profile pic) about the hcg diet, she'll be even more surprised about my BlOGGING!
Thanks girls! We must all be on the same side of the country, we're usually the only ones up this early. Have a good one!
Dubbles - Congrats on a big loss!! I agree that it's important to not get upset over the small fluctations (even though I do *everytime*) because overall we are making dramatic changes!! Keep up the good work! I'm glad you've joined us in the blogging!
Congrats Dubbles. I really need to try that detox.
i always love reading your comments. it'll be great to read your blog!
Thanks. And thanks for your help with the ticker issue. I'm not all that great at all this computer stuff, but it's fun learning how to do some of this.
Love your pic, Dubbles! Glad to see you putting your thoughts out there!
