What are you eating? Are u eating enough? Checking for hidden sugars, starches, .... There is something that you are eating that is not allowing you to lose weight. It's rare to be in day 10 with only four pounds lost. Then again if you are close to goal, like I was, it's common. I only lost 8 lbs in 23 days, and I followed the diet strictly. My goal was 125, and I only got down to 127. I had planned a short round, but when the weight was not budging I ended up doing a full round, and STILL was not able to meet my goal.

I would eat 2 cups of allowed veggies with lunch and dinner, and had really big loses. When I would only eat one cup of vegetables per meal, I would not lose anything or my loses weren't so good. Now a days HCG programs have been updated and give u much more options to eat or portions. Including a new alternative if u want to continue losing in P3 without the shots or the drops, and by following a menu of only foods you are allowed to eat in P3. So yea the portions get much bigger. You will stabilize in p4 and will not gain easily. I did this through a licensed nutritionist a year ago, who offers HCG in her establishment, and lost 20+ pounds. I did not gain the weight back, ate healthy and indulged freely with moderation through out the year. Well this year I decided to follow Dr. Simons protocol for my second round,(thinking I would have a greater loss) and instead I was not very successful with my loses. I only ended up losing 8 pounds the entire 23 round despite me following it to the T. I am almost positive it was because I was not eating enough. If I ever decide to do a third round I am going to go back to the same nutritionist I went to the first time and follow a more updated program of HCG. After all this is what ended up working for me, and that's what this is all about. Finding out what works for you best. I don't think you are eating too much, but then again only you know what stalls you and what doesn't. Good luck!

are you following the simeons protocol? by reading your post on your food intake- you are eating too much. I follow the protocol to a "T", and I eat 100g ( almost 4oz of lean meat), 6 thick pieces of asparagus ( not 2 cups), or 12 thin small pieces. 1 melba toast and then I eat an apple ( as big as I can get).

also, broccoli isn't on the protocol.

Maybe you're on a different protocol? Look up the simeon's protocol on this website- it may work better for you

I meant 2 cups total- 1c asparagus and 1 broccoli. I know that isn't on original protocol but my past 2 rounds I had it with no problems. I plan to do the exact Simeon's way the rest of the time. I have been keeping the protein at 3.5 oz each meal but this time I have had more shrimp as I had not been eating chicken/beef/pork for all of may and was trying to keep it up. I will go back to chicken to finish protocol.
Thanks for your response and words of wisdom

Just last night as a matter of fact! But Im in P3/4 - that is the only time I have eaten them....never in P2. they work as a good substitue for a noodle. Rinse them well, they stink..hahahaha - and of course it doesnt taste like REAL pasta, so dont get your hopes up too much.
