It has been banned in India. This sucks so much. Now all the places that buy it thru them are going to really price gouge us on what they have left. I know Corion is made in Switzerland. I wonder if there is a way to buy it direct from them.

Yep . . No more hcg coming out of India and all those suppliers here who used them as their suppliers will not have anymore to sell after this I suppose. Things just got wayyy serious . . . Now have to look into options. I guess I have to look into pellets or drops soon . . . or worse . . go to the Doctor's for a prescription then pay thru the nose for it . . . WOW!!

Thanks for posting! I was wondering if it's the same on your left foot as on your right? Probably sounds like an odd question, but mine is a 3lb difference, and with both feet its the highest end of 3lbs. Im getting a new one before I start second round, Id love to know if yours is the same all 3(left, right, both). thanks!

I bought a pretty pink 20oz cup with a lid and straw. While I am reading, on the computer, or watching a movie, I stick the straw in my mouth and continually take tiny little sips. Before I know it the glass is empty!

Desserts not deserts, even though I think I would prefer eating sand over eating anything with stevia lol.

Agreed. I have seen it on this forum! Just because it was the same weight it not the same as the volume or the mass in this case. " Idiots, I am (or we are) surrounded by idiots" ~Quote from Ren and Stimpy~

Hey there! This is my first round of hcg and am being monitored by my hormone doctor. I too was afraid of the shots but once you get done with the first one it's no big deal. The needles are small and you feel nothing. This has been the best thing I have ever done. In 7 days I am down 8.2 pounds. 21.8 to go to get to goal and will consider doing a round 2 if need be for 30 days this time. Good luck to you all!

I have struggled with the same issues Faithful. I was not only a sodaholic, but a junk food junkie as well. All those things except for the chips, used to be part of my daily diet. Now and especially after eating some of it yesterday to load, I look back and I do think about how good all of that tastes. But what overshadows it for me is how awful it all made me feel physically after I ate it. The nauseating feeling I had in my stomach from overindulging and eating all the sugar isn't worth it to me anymore. I am hoping that after my hcg journey has ended and I am at my goal weight, that I will be able to occasionally have one cookie or a bite of brownie. But the memory of how ill it made me feel to overindulge will keep me from ever eating that way again. I will probably always have some desire for those foods, but no where near the extent of how it used to be. You will get there. This diet is amazing and has changed me in many ways in a very short time.

I am really hoping that a secondary benefit of this diet is to, once and for all, change the way I think about food. * Food = Fuel*
I want to lose the desire for unhealthy carbs and refined sugars... and junk foods in general! I already eat a fairly healthy diet complete with lots of fruits and a variety of veggies. The problem is I also like to overindulge in a large bag of M&Ms, a bag of chips, a pan of brownies, homemade chocolate chip cookies, or a container of ice cream. I know I am not there yet because just the thought of these things puts my salivary glands into overdrive.
I am also hoping to learn when I am truly hungry and not just eating for pleasure, or entertainment, or out of stress, or boredom.
If this diet can help me accomplish these things along with weight loss... it will be a miracle!

I completely agree with all of what you said. I am so looking forward to life after hcg. It is so exciting to not have all the horrible cravings I used to have and to finally recognize all the bad foods and the awful things they do to my body.

I really think this diet part changes our tastes and part trains our minds to dislike/see that stuff for what it really is....Of course there are some things that I still love that are truly unhealthy, but It has to be rich/flavourful....Like I can't eat any old crap pizza...There are so many things that I've loaded on over the rounds that I spent months looking forward to, and when I finally got it all I could think was "damn...all that hype for this?" lol...But the bright side is we're less likely to give into temptations in the future because we know that most of the time it's really not worth it, and half of the appeal is in our heads.

Thank you everyone. I promise it is easy once you get that first shot done. I was kind of wondering if I just lucked out yesterday and it would hurt today, but it didn't. It is so nice to not have to hold the sublingual under my tongue twice a day. And it was great to be able to eat and drink as soon as I took my shot this morning. My husband hasn't had a problem with it either and he hated needles so much that part of his reason for losing weight to begin with was so he didn't develope diabetes and have to inject insulin. Funny since now he is voluntarily injecting himself every morning anyway. Now I am really anxious to see how if the shots have any other benefits over sublingual. I had read on the forum one of the senior members say that when she switched from sublingual to injections she noticed losing more inches in her problem areas with the injections than she ever had with sublingual. That is my reason for switching and I sure hope it works for me too!
