    I thought if I took them now I wouldn't have accurate measurements since I don't know the measurements I was prior to taking the HCG pellets. I guess better late than never, huh? Good to hear that you're slimming well on P3. Keep up the good work! (smile)

    Why not take them now...just wondering? I did take mine. A lot of us feel we lose inches even when the wt loss is slooowwww! And I seem to be slimming even on P3! It's all good!

    Thanks for the knowledge on the initials. I'm going to have to find that post that list them. (smile) I will be sure to let you know when I make the mini goal. This morning when I got on the scale there was no change. I wish I would have taken my measurements when I first started the hCG diet, but since I didn't there's not much I can do about it now. If I decide to do another round I will be sure to take measurements first and foremost. Did you take measurements before starting the hCG?

    Believe me...I get it. There is a post somewhere that has a list of them. LDW is last drop weight or LIW is last injection wt. That is the amount you weighed on the morning of the last day you took your HCG drops ot injection in p2 (phase 2). Then when you are in p3 or p4 you want to stay within 2 lbs + or - of ldw. Let me know when you make your mini goal. You can definitely do it!

    Thanks Newjulie! I like the mirror thing you have going for yourself. I to journal every day. What does LDW stand for? I'm at a lost with all these short term initials. (smile)

    I like mini goals --- gives you a great feeling of accomplishment. So I agree. I do visualization too and I journal every day. So the goal is reinforced. THe thing i think really helped is that I wrote on my mirror where I wanted to be and then under it all the weights before it and each day I was able to cross off when I reached that wt. I have a big mirror though - hehehe! it helped me to get back to LDW too!
