    Yaay!! I am on day 2 of the VLCD and I am including the Raspberry Ketones as well. Yesterday (after day 1) I was down 3.6 pounds!! I am excited to see next week!

    You can do a high protein day of almost any kind if you Want to get rid of bloat. What we have tested in another thread was to forego the correction days in favor of eating a clean P3 list of proteins and veggies only ...maybe an apple too if you need something sweet. Keeps the body alkaline and you get your nutrients and lose wt if you need to. All the bouncing around from correction days can be a vicious cycle. Good luck!

    Totally made this today lol, and I can see how some people eat the whole batch hehe. I followed your instructions to a t, one question though, does the consistency ever get completely smooth, or is it always a bit granulated. Plastic plate didn't work so well for me, think I will try parchment paper next time. Thanks for the post =)

    I'm confused! Are you calling P3, P2? Because you definitely can't have butter in P2. I've been watching some of your blogs and have been confused about what phase you're in.

    Hi Ily if you gain weight easily then you know you are a carb burner not a fat burner and the Leptin Reset is advised. I did it and I do know that I am a fat burner now. Which is what we all want and need to be. Good luck - I'm missing your blogs, you need to keep us posted how P3 is going for you..

    I have to say this, but I didn't notice any reshaping in P3 either time. But maybe I didn't do it right. I kind of dived into eggs and cheese. I was more worried about maintaining weight.
