  1. My breakfast

    For this breakfast: I ate a 1/4lb of a hamburger patty with a cheese slice along with 4 over easy eggs made in coconut oil. I also drank a cup of coffee with Nestle coffee creamer. Protein/Fats/Carbs= 50/44/17

    Hi there! I know I have been only showing the breakfasts but if you do the protein between the 50-75grams and I most of the time, eat about 28 or less carbs in with that, then you should be good for that day, unless you overdo it for dinner. For instance for dinner, I eat taco salad until i'm full. Of course I don't eat the chips or starches or carbs. If you eat clean like that, then it is good. Sometimes I do overdo it and eat more than I am full and I gain about a pound the next day ...

  4. BAB leftovers

    Hi everyone! We went to Chili's last night and I ate the Fajita Trio plate but ate no tortillas with it. It came with a side of guacamole and cheese and lettuce and sour cream but I did not eat the sour cream. I ate half of the total dinner and saved half for my Bab this morning. I ate the leftovers (half), for my bab the next morning with 3 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of cheese. I did not take a pic with the eggs because it looked pretty ugly. LOL.   5. Big Ass Breakfast

    I was full on this meal, geesh. LOL. Thankfully it holds me until dinner time. This meal has 2 fried Nathan hot dog weiners, 4 eggs with pork rinds, 3 slices of bacon and 1 medium avocado.
    Protein/Fats/Carbs= 51/80/19
  6. Bab

    I gained 1.2 lbs yesterday . The reason being is because I ate alittle late and overdid the eating. But I ate the meal below and ate alittle for dinner and I lost 1.8lbs. Yayyy! I could not believe it. Well, good thing is we can eat clean the next day and it will go away, well, for most of the time. LOL.
    This meal has 6oz of beef sirloin steak with 2 brown jumbo eggs and a medium avocado.
    Protein/Fats/Carbs= 68/55/17
