    This morning I ate: 6oz of chopped boneless beef short ribs with 2tbsp of ranch dressing, an avocado and 2 fried eggs in coconut oil.

  2. BAB leftovers

    Hi everyone! We went to Chili's last night and I ate the Fajita Trio plate but ate no tortillas with it. It came with a side of guacamole and cheese and lettuce and sour cream but I did not eat the sour cream. I ate half of the total dinner and saved half for my Bab this morning. I ate the leftovers (half), for my bab the next morning with 3 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of cheese. I did not take a pic with the eggs because it looked pretty ugly. LOL.   3. Big Ass Breakfast

    I was full on this meal, geesh. LOL. Thankfully it holds me until dinner time. This meal has 2 fried Nathan hot dog weiners, 4 eggs with pork rinds, 3 slices of bacon and 1 medium avocado.

  4. Bab

    I gained 1.2 lbs yesterday . The reason being is because I ate alittle late and overdid the eating. But I ate the meal below and ate alittle for dinner and I lost 1.8lbs. Yayyy! I could not believe it. Well, good thing is we can eat clean the next day and it will go away, well, for most of the time. LOL.
    This meal has 6oz of beef sirloin steak with 2 brown jumbo eggs and a medium avocado.

  5. Bad

    Here is a dinner I ate: I was really hungry and ate early at about 3pm, LOL. I ate 2- 3oz burgers cooked in bacon grease with velveeta cheese slices, a 1/2 cup of broccoli with a cheese slice melted on top and sauteed mushrooms and onions. It is cold so I dranks some coffee with half and half. LOL.
