Hey! I've missed seeing you around! I've had my fair share of regained pounds so I feel your pain BUT the good news is you can get right back on the wagon. Try to learn from this experience & make a plan for how you'll do things differently this time. You're not alone & if you want a daily group to hang out with the SSG ladies are still going strong.

Try to shake the failure part. You will succeed! Good luck and keep posting. If you need a friend I'm here to encourage you on. I am just over a week from R1P3 so I would love to have a friend that has been through P3 and done great!

Congratulations! You are my New Hero! I am very new at this and have been very skeptical. I have read and read and read and finally decided what did I have to loose.... I had tried everything else. I am into day 4 and so far so good. No really hungry at all. Day 1 & 2 a little light headed, but drinking tea really helped with that. You have given me hope and a desire to stay the course. Again Thank You and Congrats!
    R1P2 Day 4.

Wow! I am so sorry! =/ I have been confused! I mean: you can have 1 of your meals have 1 type of vegetable, and your other meal have another type of vegetable different from your first meal, but don't have 2 or more different vegetables for 1 meal. Don't mix veggies in your meals!

Sorry, Kelly! Thank you for pointing out my mistake so I could fix it!

    God bless!

With HCG you can bury WW. Good riddance to the for profit money making machine. You will lose FAT quickly and be able to keep it off. Consider doing the Leptin Reset and/or Pale/Primal when you get into P3 and beyond. HCG has been a life changer for me. I am so very grateful.

Enjoy the daily weigh in. Take pics and measurements before and after for inspiration.

Wow! Great choice to do hCG! This program, if followed to a T (like you are doing(; ), will really help your eating habits change drastically for the better!!

I got on HCG because I have HORRIBLE eating habits and am not at the weight i want to be. this hcg is working great for me! I love the program.

To avoid boredom, all i can really suggest to you is change up your meals each and every day. Howevery, during the course of one day, you can have both of your meals be 2 different protein sources, 2 different fruit, but not 2 different vegetables. So if you have celery as your vegetable for lunch, you have to have it as your vegetable for dinner.

God bless you on your journey!
