HCG and me post2

Good morning =) so today is day 5 on the program for me. And, so far so good. I have been a little light headed, and a bit out of sorts, but otherwise not bad. I'm not sure if how I'm feeling is because of the extreme low calorie, or the withdrawal from sugar. Probably a mixture of both. I have been going a bit off protocol, I am taking my daily multivitamins (I currently take 13 or so) and I have not been obsessing about the creams and lotions. I figure when I stall, I will stop both for a day or two and see if it makes a difference. I have been reading up on the stabilization phase and already feel I will be someone who will have to maintain a fairly low carb way of life forever. They are a trigger for me, and in my body, carbs beget carbs. Plain and simple, they make me hungry. I have not been overly hungry ( surprising to me). I have been a bit bored with the food choices on this phase. I found a forum online and found a few interesting recipes. One you just core and slice an apple, sprinkle with cinnamon and nuke for a minute or two (yummy) and the other mixes spinach salad, chicken and an orange. ( squeeze some of the juice as a sauce) so at least that will help mix thing up just a bit. Also have a steak for tomorrow =) OK, well that is all for today!! lots of weight loss to all <3

  1. R1P2 complete... sats and other stuff =)

    So it's official, I have completed P2 =) total loss for 40 days 26 pounds ( YaYYYYY) start weight 214.6 current weight 188.6. My weekly sats are as follows, week1-6.2 pounds, week 2-4 pounds, week 3- 4.4 pounds, week 4- 4.6 pounds, week 5-3.8 pounds and week 6- 3 pounds. Week one and 2 I went exactly by protocol, but I did rouge the rest of the time. I added occasional eggs, broccoli and cauliflower, and I frequently mixed things.
