    HI Megan,

    I was an avid drinker of Diet Coke or Tab, back in the day! It is a way for us to get that sweet fix without the calories and its refreshing. But NO, most of us dont realize how bad it is for us. I became more dependent on it when I went on HCG bc I needed something to make me feel full. I realized I had a problem when I had a case of it in each of my offices and at home and in my car...just in case. It certainly is tastynow with the Vanilla and Cherry flavors and no calories but after reading a bunch of stuff on line, I knew it had to go. I was determined to get healthy all the way. I felt terrible for over a month but did manage to drop it --- I still miss it though and hope I dont have any long term negative effects from it.

    I also have Jillian's Yoga meltdown I bought last year. I was thinking of throwing that in the mix too. 2 weeks. Just 2 weeks until I start. Wish me luck! And keep it up on the Shred!
    hahah ! team shred for megan and murderou! we can both do it! i got her banish fat boost metabolism because i can just add in 1 or 2 curcits with the shred a few times a week, i still feel i can kick it a little more! i want my abs back and my thinspiration picture Your so close cant wait till your there, im going to follow it up with ripped in 30

    I dont think so!! Its funny cause my Dad used to drink atleast 4 Pepsi a day....stopped and lost 20lbs. He then switched to Coke Zero thinking it would be better! He went on HCG a couple months ago and of course couldnt have any! He went through withdrawl and ended up having crazy muscle spasms all over his body. He hasnt gone back! I agree with you completely!

    They may just sever themselves as you won't be available in the same way. My friends that I used to go out to drink with don't ask me anymore. And if I am loading or choosing to have a drink in P4 I ask them. One has said I wish my old fried was back and I said I don't think she will be. It is just the way it has to be if I want to keep my weight down. It will all work out. It is just hard for people when you are making changes they are not. You are doing the best thing for yourself.

    One thing that was hard for me was to accept that it is 'ok' to clean house of your personal life. I am a much happier person now. I had to rid myself of people I was friends with for years. Your mental and emotional health is most important. And part of that is taking care of your physical self. If they can not display emotional maturity on your behalf then is it really a relationship worth maintaining?

    They are called - 30 day shread and ripped in 30 respectivly. They are created by the trainer julain micheals from biggest looser. After checking out chapters website i have changed my mind and will purchase: ripped in 30 and kickbox fast fix (didnt know she had the second one and i reallllly miss kickboxing but its to expensive for my college butt ) I plan on doing the 30 day shred for the full 30 days no rest days and adding in the kickboxing 3-4 times a week as well.Followed by the ripped for 30 days and 3-4 kickboxing than all alternating for matienace. All of theses workouts are done within 30 mins, shred is 18-25 depending on your level , ripped is 20-30 depending on level and kickboxing is 20. If you are intrested in shred, it has just become aware to me that you can watch them on youtube for free.

    Im not sure..as thats the first time ive had almonds, my new idea is to this correction day, check my weight tomo than not weight for the rest of the 10 days in level 1 of the shred, that way i can do my meaurements and weighting all at once to see if its muscle or what.

    Im not finding it to bad i just am lazy i havent worked out out in ages so i need this butt whopping, i plan on adding in her 6 week to 6-pack after the first 10 days/level haha

    I did the same thing. If you think 30 Day Shred is tough, you are going to LOVE - JM Body Revolution. I had a hard time with Shred in doing the pushups and jumping jacks (boobies were a little too big for jumping jacks) but then I tried Body Revolution and I like it much better. When I first did it that morning, I was sore by the afternoon. It never gets boring.

    Im aware they are both dairy but it was my brothers birthday and rather than funny looks i took a plunge im phase 4 so not a big deal. and thanks im felling it today!

    You are right! You can get back on track!

    Just a question, you are aware that cheese and ice cream are both dairy products, right? If you are sensitive, treat it like a deadly allergy! That way, you can just say goodbye to something that isn't good for you.

    Yum that does sound good ! I'll have to give it a try i also have two other blogs that are just phase 3 and 4 recipes if you want more haha . I'll try and add more food I just needed some gluten free goodies for work and decided they may as well be something I can eat too
