  1. MILESTONE ALERT! It's a good day. WOO WOO WOO!

    Well slap my *** and call me Sally!

    After the week I had last week, I was thankful to get back on the losing track at ALL. Historically, at this point in my round (three weeks into VLCD days), I never drop more often than about a pound every three days. Someone, somewhere is looking down on me, as I've lost 3.8lbs in the past three days! Unheard of for me!

    While this is certainly exciting in and of itself, there's something more exciting about it. Well, two things. ...
  2. Feeling great tonight. Still VLCD 10, added grapefruit.

    Today has been the best day of the round so far, physically speaking. I normally have an apple twice a day. I had a hankering for grapefruit today, so I switched out my afternoon apple for half a grapefruit. It was DELICIOUS.

    Aside from that, everything else today has been the same as every other day food-wise. I feel really good, actually lighter than yesterday, but I felt that way yesterday and woke up today to a gain.

  3. Back to LIW from last round (R3P2 VLCD 5)

    Wooo! Finally! Now I feel like my head is back in the game. I'm at 156.5, which is 0.1 below LIW from last round. NOW I feel like I'm "starting" this round. Of course, my losses always slow down drastically after the first week of each P2, so I'm not getting my hopes too high up on major losses for this round. I don't think I'll make my goal, but I'll be on the right track and hopefully only have to do one short round this spring/summer.
