You should post more...or I hope your at least keeping a journal privately..I found putting my stats out there everyday with a little blurb about what i ate etc really helped me go back to see if there was a trend...Anyways..I am excited for you to get to P3..are you going to do another round? Did you go shopping for all your P3 grocery needs?

Thanks all! I did make myself eat last night. My protein on romaine leaves I had chicken tacos. It worked down 1.8 this morning.
My first round, I had no hunger at all. I ate what the protocol said, everyday. Spices didn't agree with my weight loss, so I cut them out. Follow the plan, regardless of your hunger. (non hunger), you don't want your body to go into starvation mode, where it stores everything. The 500 calories is made up from certain calories to keep your metabolism running, and to burn your bad fat away. I know different people change things up, but personally I like to follow the protocol exactly as written.
Hi, Enjoy the non-hunger while it lasts! I felt this way my first week, because I ate the protocol with no spices and nothing to make it taste more palatable. Naturally I lost a pound a day. Then in the second and third weeks, I discovered curry powder, salt, and balsamic vinegar. Uh oh. My food started tasting great and my appetite returned. I used to skip the Grissini breadsticks and the fruit if I didn't feel hungry.
Count your lucky stars. ;-) You don't have to eat every single item of the planned day. I would suggest adding in the following order though: Protein Veg Fruit Forget Melba toast all together Or switch protein and veg. Lucky, lucky, lucky you. I must be a freak. I have never not been hungry with hcg.
Try spacing out your food.

I have been eating the same 3 things and playing with spices. Today is a little different because I'm home and not at work. Chicken fish and shrimp. Question, can we have balsamic vinegar or worshesire?
It's easier when you get into a groove where you know what you're doing, what you like to eat, and what works for you and your schedule. It's difficult if/when you experience a slowdown or stall. It's disheartening but it happens. I found it SO helpful to recorded my intake in great detail. Then when I stalled, I was able to identify pretty quickly that tomatoes were to blame. Good Luck!

I am one day ahead of you. I did my loading on 2/16 2/17 and am glad to find you on the blogs. Lets stay in touch as litter mates. I am having no hunger but a little bit of headache occasionally. I am in Houston so weather here is very nice today.
