    YAY! Way to go Sweets!! That is an epic cheat!!! And I love it...only .6??? cray cray!! You are SO LUCKY!! did I mention you are lucky?? lol...heck I ate totally different stuff on P3 and gained 2.4!! Happy for you that you got away with it! - as for the fruit advice.. I just found that I personally had better losses without it.. seems to be true for you as well.

    Sounds great!!! I think i will try the no fruit. I have droped one fruit for most of the diet and i have 7 more days tell last injection and i have 9 pounds to loose so i will drop the fruit and see where that takes me. Thanks for your post and the the best of luck.

    Thanks Bavs, I will try my best, now I feel better and confident that I can hang in it for another 2 weeks, but boy!! last week it was real hard for me to strict to protocol.

    You are still doing good sweet. Nearly down 20 lbs, and depending on your height, I be getting close to final goal (?). At least you know how you cheat. The follow up immediately of weighing in and taking care of it will keep your hard earned weight loss. Hang in there and best wishes in your last 2 weeks of vlcd.
