Holy crap that's awesome!!!!!! How did u do it? I keep waiting and waiting for the woosh loss but it just won't come. I keep lowering my goal because my losses are sooooooo slow. I have 18 more pounds total. I no I won't achieve it this round so I will do a mini round. I lowered my goal to8 pounds in 16 days but I just feel like I will not last that long. 16 more days puts me at a 40 day round. Ugh!!!!

Yes. The theory is that as your fat cells empty and shrink (they don't ever just "go away"), they are replaced with water. So perhaps you're reshaping a bit and have a loss of inches in particular places, but won't see the poundage move on the scale until some of the water leaves, too.

    Either way, congrats!

OMG, how good does that feel??? I had my first experience with that this morning, 2 weeks on P2, too!!! Size 12s good bye!!!

This is very common on this protocol, and I continued to lose inches in P3. After a loss of almost 80lbs, I was tone, no saggy skin, which was a fear I had going in. Also, on average, a loss of one pound equates to a loss of one inch. Congrats on you losses!

Oh wow I think I drinking a little more than that.

And YESSSS! I Feel great. I have actually began to reflect on my past sedentary lifestyle and how unhealthy it was.

Good job!!! Doesn't it feel great?

I wouldn't worry about the gallon - protocol actually recommends 2L.

One cup shy of the required gallon.

    I DEFINITELY prefer the liquid.

Another helpful hint: When I first started using it, I hated it too. I was always a Splenda fan. But I quickly figure out my problem was not understanding the potency of it. When they say it's hundreds of times sweeter than sugar, they absolutely mean it. It only takes 8 drops out of a dropper (which is built into the bottle when you order the liquid) to sweeten an entire large cup of coffee. When you use too much (even just a tiny bit too much), it goes from being super sweet to being completely bitter and disgusting!

Try the Kal brand. I could not find it locally, so I ordered from Amazon. Also, I liked the liquid form much better than the powder. I hope that helps.

What phase are you in? Most people will tell you that to stay on the safe side you should stick with stevia.. But then, there are also people that say added fillers and sugar alcohols don't affect them. It's kind of individual.
