    WOW!! I feel your energy!! I want to start the HCG Diet too. I joined the forum for more insight. How did you get the HCG to inject??? Please share how you follow the DIET. I am getting a little clarity on it, but am still a little unsure.....

    Great attitude. I have found myself whining the last couple of days (tied to wanting to eat during playoff games), too. Like u the cravings have nothing to do with physical hunger, they are all mental. So we have to learn how to control those. Everytime we say no to what we know we shouldn't, it should reinforce our ability to do that when in p3 or p4. We can draw on the resolve we show now, that we CAN be in control. KWIM? Keeping up that attitude, now that is the goal! Keep up the good work, down 10.6 in 8 vlc days? Great!

    Thanks will try this later....I've ordered the almond flour but will try the flax recipe today. Hey chocolate is chocolate as far as I'm concerned!

    Mug Cake
    2 Tlbs. Almond flour I used the same amount of flaxseed (not quite as good but better for me)
    1 1/2 T xylitol (I used 2 T with the flaxseed version)
    1 Tlbs. cocoa powder, heaping
    1 egg
    3 Tlbs. half and half or cream
    1 Tlbs. butter
    Splash of Vanilla extract
    1 large coffee mug

    Mix all dry ingredients in mug, add egg and blend thoroughly. Add milk, oil and vanilla and mix. Place in 1000 watt microwave for 90 sec. Do not cover mug. Cake will rise. Let cool and place on plate. Add a little whipped cream to top

    I cook it for 2 minutes.

    So it's not the BEST chocolate cake I've ever had, but not so bad in my opinion.

    Can you share the flaxseed mug cake recipe? I just got to P3 and purchased flax seeds for a cracker recipe.

    Right now can't imagine eating a dumpling or oatmeal....how exciting. Congrats!

    hahahaha...tonight I made chicken and dumplings with all fresh organic veggies...plus, I made the dumplings out of whole wheat pastry flour....feel so evil!!!

    Isn't it a terrible symptom of a dying society that GOOD food is more expensive than junk food? I'm still working on my teenage daughter and hubby to get them away from the processed foods, without much luck. Hubby feels better when eating the wholesome foods, but is a victim of convenience at work - its easier to buy something out of the vending machine than go to his locker and get something from his lunch bag. <sigh>

    1 tsp? Yes definitely try increasing it for a few days.

    If it hasn't helped, increase it again.

    1 tsp in the water...I've taken it once a day for 2 days. I'm thinking of upping it to 2, one at night and one in the morning.
