Thanks everyone! I am on day 4 of p3 and stabilizing at my last injection weight so that is a huge relief... thought it would keep going up from last vlcd day but luckily no...I think my body was just losing so much past last injection because I was unable to eat much with a stomach bug that has been going around. I have been eating great on p3 with a stocked fridge...hubby remarked how we always eat better at home than at restaurants whereas other people eat out to eat something good...I love p3!

Your progress is inspiring. Thank you. Just a question...are you done round 1 now and going to stabilize now before round 2? I am beginning my first Round and plan to do 21 days. I would love to see a 20 pound loss like yours.

I think you should do the challenge, at least you won't be alone during the challenge. At least you will have other people eating healthy but just not the things you will be eating.

My work just had a Walking Challenge which ended on 1/6/13. For the past 6 weeks, I have been walking 10,000 steps for at least 5 out of the 7 days each week. The person who walked the most each week, received a $25 gift card and I am looking to get a $100 prize just for meeting my goal of walking 10,000 steps a day for 5 our of 7 days in the week. I can use that cash towards getting smaller clothes in about a month.

I am on VLCD 1 and I plan to keep up with my walking program.

    Good luck.

Thanks, CG63! In the past when I did HCG around the holidays, it wasn't hard at all hungerwise...and as far as cravings, I was able to realize that the same foods would exist in a few months. I think that was the beginning of my attitude change towards food. Good luck on your round! I wish I was starting now, but can't get the HCG in the mail fast enough.

I got the real thing this time and im doing sublingual again the only difference is my losses are bigger more consitent and I'm not at the snapping point of starvation. Best wishes with your round.
Thanks Koda! I will check it out!

Hello, no beans but I made breakfast muffins that were on a forum recipe site...if you type it into search it will come up and the abbreviations list. I only know a few and I've been here forever! You've had awesome losses! If you search the recipes, there are tons of substitute recipes that make things that have starches, like breads and cakes out of almond flour instead of regular and they are so good, well worth the research. Good luck!

Oh, how naive I am! I got my husband and dog all geared up to run with me and lasted about a block before my calf started hurting that I injured about 6 months ago! So I walked the rest of the three miles but was very disgruntled. I definitely do not want to re-injure myself and I think my hubby thinks I am an insane person but I literally could not walk so I don't care what he thinks. Anyhow, tomorrow we are trying bike riding and I think we will go about 20 miles total. I like it better anyhow, just don't like the lack of safety in our area, you have to cross some huge intersections and God forbid you ride anywhere on a full-moon day. Had pizza today (half a huge slice with tons of cheese, ham, meatball, pepperoni) and a huge salad with ceasar dressing. Also had an egg and eggwhite, glass of almond milk and maybe half a cup of blueberries for breakfast, mug cake for dinner and before that a few chocolate covered coffee beans and a taste of dark chocolate gelatto (stupid Whole-Foods) So I am hoping I didn't overdo my sugar for my first p4 day but I think I really kind of kept it minimal. It was kind of a good day to realize I wanted to stay in control and what that meant when everyone else could do whatever they wanted. Hanging out with preggos is not recommended when you are trying to eat sensibly. Ha HA! Oh well, better luck tomorrow I hope.

Looking great! Love before and after pictures! Look how much happier, looser you look in the after pic! Your face doesn't even look the same, and it goes without saying, neither does your body! Great job!
