  1. Seed Crackers

    For those crunchy/salty cravings in P3. btw, I've made this with dried spices instead of grating fresh ones, and its fine.

    1/2 cup chia seeds
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup pepita seeds (or pumpkin seeds)
    1/2 cup sesame seeds
    1 cup water
    1 large garlic clove, finely grated
    1 tsp grated sweet onion
    1/4 tsp pink or sea salt, or to taste
    Herbamare & kelp granules, to taste (optional)

  2. P3 Cheese Lace (better than cheez-its)


    Great combination with a crisp apple.

    12 inch non-stick skillet
    2 oz. shredded sharp cheddar (or any other hard cheese you like)
    paper towel

    That's it!
