    In trying to find a comfortable way to stabilize after reaching my goal weight, I've been working through some of the choices Grammy talks about as good ways to proceed, since they use real foods and you do not restrict or count calories in any of them.

  2. FMD - Tips and Recipes

    Thought I'd post up a couple things I did during the 28 days that made things more enjoyable. Maybe it will give you some ideas of your own.

    Coffee Substitutes: I tried three of them: Pero, Roma, Cafix. Of the three, I prefer Cafix. It has less of a grain taste and a little more bite, which makes it more reminiscent of coffee.   3. FMD update -stabilizing in P4

    After Round 6 (30 day round) I stabilized for several months at or near LIW of 150. But something changed about 4 months out and I started to be unable to stay in my 4 pound window. I was regularly going over and steak days, while still working were not getting me low enough not to bounce back over again the next day.
