Hello everyone!!!! I am having a really good day. Things might be looking up for my son. We think he will have a job by the end of this week. (keep fingers crossed) I woke up today and weighed myself and gained .4 pounds. I know its not much but I really like seeing the lower numbers. I know I am gonna keep working hard to lose this weight. Cause what I have lost already has felt good. I love coming to this website and reading all your stories. It keeps me inspired. I am thankful to have found this

Very hard to tell what the results were because I didn't lose much weight but lost a bit in measurements....uggh why does it have to be so difficult?? lol. I'll probably need to do another test on this. I almost enjoyed the beef broth more than the beef itself, I'm going to have to keep making that. I could always freeze the cooked beef to eat in P3

173.4 today. Tom is either ending today or tomorrow. Starting my next round soon in about one week. I need to get my hands on more HCG, I don't think I have enough. Every time I turn around it seems like it's getting harder and harder to find the real thing. :-/
Im new here to this website but I wish I'd known about it sonner ! Im currently on day 22 of hcg phase 2 and to date I've lost 11 lbs. It should be more I should of hit my goal weight by now but I had a family vacation for 8 days plus tom for about 5 However im astounded ! I got to change my ticker today YEAH!!!! And, I am so happy to report some milestones:
- I am within 20 Lbs of my goal weight! (Changed my ticker today! )
- I just fell into the 160s!
- I lost 7.2 lbs this week ---- gotta love that planned interruption.
I have changed the way I am approaching the food plan, I am eating mostly protein and together with the HCG, I am seeing some outstanding results; down 2.4 on Friday
