  1. round 3, day 14 ... day 1, no hcg.

    Decided yesterday was LIW at 126. Today was 125.6 so a little wiggle room.

    Was POP until dinner out at a college sooner game. .. Had some fries and a few bites of my sons slurpie type. Still under 900. One more day low cal than I can officially add good fats.

    Goal is to maintain in the 120s.

    So im still doing great. Though are uhaul wasnt, it broke down in Utah. Its a whole day delay. I just want to get home. My craving to cheat is high, not like junk food, but like a regular hot breakfast that comes with our hotel... im probably not, but sure sounds good. Can't wait to see how much weight I lost in this last week. hoping 5-7 !!!

  3. Day 4 phase 2!!

    So its my fourth day on the HCG and I gotta say my second day was really hard!
    I was really craving sweets, I think it was more of just wanting to munch on something. But I did not give in! now its day 4 and Ive lost so far 4.9lbs do you guys think thats a good amount or should i be losing more? Its still very motivating for me, makes me want to not give up and see how much i can lose by the end of this month!

    Also I might be going to sedona this weekend coming up, going

  4. Progress

    I went slightly rogue yesterday morning by having 4 slices of turkey bacon for breakfast. I had just got home from walking my daughter to and from school and figured I needed more protein to offset the extra calories burned during my walk. It added on 50 calories to my day. I also used a diluted version of Blue Cheese dressing on my salad for lunch, not sure how many calories that added but I used about a tbs. Still had .8 loss.
