  1. Successful Round!

Yay! Reached my goal of 25 lbs. 25.6 with one more day to weigh for my LDW. Looking forward to P3, but nervous, as most people are. Aldi's order is in and I've looked up some recipes to help keep us on track.

1 can Water Chestnuts, diced (the tuna sized can)
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup mayo
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese,

    Hot Artichoke (Dip) or Casserole

(I make a half recipe of this for just me, which lasts days in the fridge, and you can heat up servings in the microwave.)
