  1. Load day 3... last of the pregame!

    I started the day back up .7, but the guacamole last night was sooo worth it. I ended up eating a lot more than I intended today, but hopefully that will mean the first VLCD week will go more smoothly. I had some collagen coffee, a big double chocolate muffin, some mozzarella sticks, oven fried sesame chicken, pasta salad, a loaded baked potato, and some broccoli today.
