  1. LOSING weight in P2 eating FRESH MILLED whole wheat BREAD!!

    Yes, you read that right. I am losing nicely eating fresh milled whole wheat bread and loving it!! I could eat the whole loaf though It started on Tues when I went out with my friend who is also on this diet. She is almost at goal. She made her own fresh milled bread and brought 4 small slices that day.   2. Almost @ P2.......my last round!!

    Just wanted to blog about where I am at and where I am soon going to be. I have done two successful rounds losing 40 lbs. I never cheated until my last P4. I didn't cheat but did not slowly add in the carbs and sugars nor did I do P4 totally correctly. However, I ended my last round @ 26 days due to Thanksgiving and my trip during that time. The day we left, I weighed 139 and that was day 1 of P4. The mistake I made was going on vacation and not really caring about P4 and the rules. I ate well ...

  3. In the Game!

    My last blog was before Christmas and I was baking and had company. Went up to 151 and did a steak day yesterday and now am 148.4 and not stopping there. I am P4 and my goal is to get to LDW or below then heading for the 130's with sensible eating, fasting, steak days and just being in the game. If that does not work, doing another round in March. At my LDW of 142, I feel to get to 135 I can manage that through good eating and working out. We shall see. Have to have a goal!

  4. 4 lbs Gone doing steak day!!

    Well, I had the most amazing thing happen and felt I needed to Blog it! I did a steak day yesterday as I had about 1/2 cup of white rice Monday night and went up 2 lbs after losing it on a steak day! So, I did another steak day last night. I did nibble a tad here and there but barely. Had a nice prime clean steak that weighed slightly around a lb but it had a bone and the cut was on the thin side. Had a cortland apple after and today.........Ta Da..... 4 lbs G O N E!! I was shocked!! Totally shocked!! ...

  5. Steak Day Success!!

    My last blog had me driving to Indiana for the Thanksgiving holiday and I weighed 139.8 lbs! Well, shortly after that, all went a rye. I gained about 8 lbs in several days. It was aweful. Now looking back, I feel it was from not eating enough, not enough protein and then I did have beer and some carbs so that combined with not enough caused some major weight gains. My sister is naturally thin and barely eats. She eats healthy when she does eat but, she can eat two small meals a day with no in between ...

  6. 1.4 lb loss into P4

    I am in the car headed to my sisters and we have driven 570 miles! I went to bed late & [email protected] 4 am to find I weighed in @ 139.6 and was I shocked! I was not expecting that! Today is day 1 of P4 & thus far loving it. I did eat plenty of crap on this road trip......... started with kettle chips then Wendy's Vicky biscuit that was gross. Then more junk then protein shake, nuts, and plenty of water. Ugh, need to go BM but will wait till I get to my destination. Well, I will check back in later. ...

  7. Ending p3 wed.

    I am ending P3 Wed and have done very well. I occasionally drink either wine or vodka drinks with no problems. I eat almonds and dairy no problem. I feel the key is lots of protein and to eat enough. Its hard when you are not hungry and protocol says do not eat if you are not hungry. Kinda contradictory. I have protein shakes, Jay Robb Whey, in between my meals and eat lots of nuts, cheese etc. I find if I do not eat, I find a gain and sometimes just slight. I am heading into P4 on the day I leave ...

  8. P3 day 9 and stabalizing...........

    I am on day 9 of phase 3 and dead on with my LDW which is 142.4. I am stabalizing perfectly and did last round also. Very weird as my metabolisum was always SLOW and now I am stabalized. Yesterday I woke to 144.6 then after a movement I was 141.6! I was so excited! Actually amazed. Today I am hopefully going to have a movement and perhaps weigh less. It does not happen everytime. I am loving this diet. Went from an 8 down to size 6 jeans and loving it! I have lost so many inches since entering ...

  9. Day two of P3 so far so good

    Haven't written in a while and wanted to give my update. I finished round two on Oct 25th. I ended at 142.4 and dropped two days after to 140.8 as of yesterday. Today TOM showed up so I am 142.2 which is 1.4 up from yesterday. To be expected with TOM. I was hungry yesterday so ate lots of protein and was loving it! I did have a small handful of almonds and did this last time after day 4 so was worried but I think it was okay. I would have known better if TOM was not here. I plan to go to the gym ...

  10. HCG helping Vitaligo

    I am on my second round in Phase 2 and I have Vitaligo about 50% of my body. I have noticed that my pigment is coming back in some areas. I have had this for over 18 yrs. I read that when your hypothimus is messed up, that can cause you to get Vitaligo. Very interesting. I also know it has to do with hormones too. Doctors tell us that its an auto immune problem but it is not. If anyone out there is suffering from vitaligo, perhaps you will see positive things as well.
