  1. Weight loss fail!

    I started the diet 1 week ago including the 2 days of dairy. I exercise 30 mins cycling or 60 mins walking each day and have been following the diet strictly even though I have been starving for almost a week now. But I am yet to lose any weight at all, once day it will be 1kg less and the next I will be 1 or 2 kg more.
    Has anyone else had this problem? After reading the book I expected to lose 1kg per day roughly which I would be more than happy with, but after a week not losing anything ...
