I don't want to jinx myself by saying this, but I think I may have hit my dosage sweet spot. That would be awesome for me so early in a round - VLCD 7 today. It's the first day I haven't felt a tinge of hunger after being out of bed for an hour or so. Still just contentedly sipping my coffee, not considering a celery or cucumber stick (my go-to's, subtracted from later in the day). So for that, I'm thankful.
Officially ridiculously addicted to homemade fraps. Thank the culinary gods (and my dad) for sending a Ninja my way for Christmas... best blender ever!! Thrilled that I have something I can take on the road to me that will last longer than the 15 minutes it takes hot coffee to not be so hot any more.
Down 1.1 today, a blessing. I switched up dinner last night and was worried it might stall me out. It's so so weird - I can eat nearly anything (in moderation) in any other phase and have no issues whatsoever. Yet in phase 2, I can't do cabbage, beef, strawberries, oranges, or grapefruit. So when I switched dinner from my normal lettuce and shrimp to cucumber and cod, I was crossing my fingers on no stall from it. HOORAY! Tonight will be more cucumber, but I'm going to try some Flounder. I do love fish, I just don't like having to cook it every night. I wish it kept as well as chicken does in the fridge. Yes, I know, I love to cook.. But mid-week becomes a pain with my schedule. Ah well, sucking it up starts in 3.. 2...
