One last (small) hunger issue.

VLCD 8, didn't lose this morning. Have lost 9lbs in 8 days so far, so I'm content for the time being.

One thing I've always struggled with, whether during HCG dieting or not, is hunger in the morning. I'm typically a breakfast eater and so I think part of it is mental. But some of it also feels physical. I've considered eating a small amount of my protein or fruit in the morning just to feel satiated and "tide" me over during lunch.. But I find that once I tough it out, that's really not necessary. Besides, I worry that if I did that.. what if I got hungrier than normal later in the day and already ate half of my food for the day? Probably a silly thing to ponder, but I do.

In any case... Two days at the same weight now means I'll probably be the same tomorrow and then lose on Friday. Here's to more losses!

    I am the same way. It's a battle in the morning. Sometimes I eat part of my apple because I have to. I feel weak and bla in the mornings. This diet is hard no matter what. I am so sick of spinach and asparagus it's not even funny. I have a long road ahead of me.

    That's a tough feeling, I understand. But it's all worth it in the end! Do other veggies give you any problems? I rotate between tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, asparagus, and cabbage. But then cabbage starts to stall me out, so I take it out of rotation. It's hard to stay creative, but it can be done!

    I was never a breakfast person BUT three or four four days a week I will have my strawberry smoothie in the morning & it gives me the antioxidants and nervy to keep going, heck I usually have to force myself to eat my lunch because I feel full from my smoothie.

    Ohhhh I love the full feeling!! No I don't change veggies I buy the green giant steamed boxes and I have one at lunch and diner. I go for easy over creative. I was eating asparagus in the can when I was out of fresh and that's what was yucky. Good luck everyone !!
