vlcd13 and down.2 of a pound. I am glad to see that after 3 days at the same weight. I, like everyone who gains or stalls have been going over every single thing to come up with an answere and the answere is...I don't know! I am so dedicated to this program-I do not cheat, not even with approved foods. I drink my water, I get 7-8 hours of sleep every night, I don't use oil based hair or body products, I don't use pre packaged broths.
The only things it could be is
1. getting close to TOM
2. Slower losses now that I am closer to goal (body holding on)
3. not much bm.

I have to admit that I am very bummed about this halt in my progress. I want/have/need to get to my goal weight this round! I am not playing around. I have read SO MANY post of people and their cheating and I am guessing they are not serious enough about loosing weight. Nothing taste so good that I want to sabotage my hard work. Now don't get me wrong cookies, brownies, chips, bread, popcorn, CHOCOLATE...sure does sound yummy and I would love to eat it all BUT a want to be at my goal weight MORE!

My plan is to just keep moving forward...
One Day at a Time.

Hey you! I don't want to hop on here and say "Just have faith and keep going, it'll get better!" because I know that doesn't help you to feel better. I have this problem in every round too - it seems like everyone else is losing a pound a day, 30+ lbs in a round... And me? I lose 20 pounds in 40 days like clockwork, every time. And the last 20 days of that usually only yields 4 or 5 pounds of the loss. It sucks and is a crummy feeling - especially if you're always POP like you and I.

But yet, here we are.. Holding strong and not cheating! Like you said, at least .2 is better than nothing - and especially after days at the same weight. Maybe try taking some magnesium or some Smooth Move tea?

Thank you AimMee. It sure helps to have someone who understands and can relate with our "little" problems.
