VLCD16- Survived antoher week. Longing for P3!!

Not much I feel like saying but the fact that I've been dreaming a lot about P3. Oooh, I imagine how much easier (craving wise) that level would be. Being able to implement more and EAT more.
I have heard many people's experience with P3 that make me very cautious. Due to weight issues. So I am aware of the potential issues. I know I will have to take it slow. Very slow.

But, since I plan to do the 44 day round, I have a long way to go. Sigh.....Off to another week of torture.... Just kidding. This diet is doing me so good. It's just extremely challenging.

Keep hanging in there every one.

(I keep thinking about those mug cakes!)

    One thing that has helped me with carb cravings is Black Walnut Pills. You can get them at Whole Foods or a health food store. They are great. I take 2 pills 3 times a day along with colon cleanse. All ths meat stops me up. I am in the same boat as you. I started day May 1 and was planning to do 23 days. But since i learned about the legal breaks I am going to keep going till i get to my goal weight. Yee ha, what a ride! You can do it, try a smoothie with tea, stevia, strawberries and spinach. That will give you something to drink all day. Good luck
