OMG! I just can't believe that I am 0.7lbs under my last dose weight of 322.7 (I am right now 322 even). I have stayed within my 2lb range except for the 3rd day of LR/P3 but the next day it came right off. It is awesome!
This morning I ate a 6oz boneless pork chop fried in bacon grease with 2 over easy eggs made in coconut oil and a small avocado. I also drank some coffee with sweet n low and 4tbsp of half and half. Protein/Fat/Carbs= 71/56/21

This looks AMAZING! I am just starting on HCG and then plan to swtich over to Leptin Reset for P3 after 40 days or so. I have at least 60# to lose. So will cycle back and forth between plans until I do that. I can't wait for my first BAB!!!!

How many proteins do you think that was this morning? And I notice you include avocados a lot, and they're not that high in protein, so is it just because you like them? They are generally good for you, I know. Just curious!

The protein is over the picture. It was 67. I love avocados LOL. But they are good for adding in fat in the morning and also adding in alittle carbs. Dr. Kruse says the most carbs should be eaten when cortisol is the highest, in the morning. Dinner should be the meal with the least amount of carbs.

I was looking on my app, my fitness pal, and noticed today when I added the avocado it had 0 protein for it, but another one did, so I added 4 more protein for the avocado. Sorry about the mess up!
