BAB leftovers

Hi everyone! We went to Chili's last night and I ate the Fajita Trio plate but ate no tortillas with it. It came with a side of guacamole and cheese and lettuce and sour cream but I did not eat the sour cream. I ate half of the total dinner and saved half for my Bab this morning. I ate the leftovers (half), for my bab the next morning with 3 scrambled eggs with 2 slices of cheese. I did not take a pic with the eggs because it looked pretty ugly. LOL. But here is a pic from last night at Chili's.
Protein/Fat/Carbs= 52/30/21 (this is for the bab)

    BTW, that looks awesome!!! Interested to know your weight didn't change, because I always think restaurant food has a lot of salt and other stuff in it. Maybe you're getting your body to that sweet spot where you can eat more :-) Keep up the great posts. It's good to see how someone else is doing!

    Hi! I was so happy that I did not gain anything, just stayed the same. And was hoping I would not gain either the 2nd day after. But thankfully no gain still, I actually lost, LOL. I am super thrilled that this leptin reset / phase 3 thing is easier than I thought.

    To tell you the truth I really don't look too much into the salt. I have been doing fine with what i'm eating. I guess I drink enough of water, so the salt cannot be retained? That seems to be the case for me.
