VLCD23 A Substantial Loss Day of 2.2#

Ok I am so very excited! I think I have finally found out how to work the pound loss portion of the protocol for me (hopefully).

I lost 2.2# in one day. It is either what I am eating & drinking or the timing. Regardless of the reason I will try it again today, without the radish (I forgot the radish). I will have to double up on the lettuce today.


Yesterday's Food List

Breakfast
12 oz hot Guayaki Yerva Mate organic tea
1 cup coffee

Lunch at noon-ish
100g baked chicken
2 cups of lettuce
1/2 apple
1 cup coffee

Dinner at 4:30
100g of baked chicken
1/2 cup of red radishes (baked with the chicken)
1/2 apple covered in ground cinnamon

Night snacks - 7pm-ish
2 cups of spicy homemade chicken broth
2 cups of peppermint tea

Throughout the day
24 oz of hot Guayaki Yerva Mate organic tea
2.2+ ltrs of water

    Yes I usually do but not always.
