Lunch: salad bar (romaine and a little red onion); 3oz Kirkland pre-grilled chicken; 16oz water
Dinner: haricots verts; 3oz Trader Joe's pre-cooked organic pot roast; 16oz water
Dessert: orange; 16oz water

Exercise: 3 miles on treadmill at 3.5mph; as much water as needed for thirst

Vitamins: 2 Kirkland adult gummies; TJ's chewable vitamin C; TJ's sublingual B12; Biotin

HCG: 200IU SubQ injected at stomach

Maximum of one Pepsi One, only if needed to fight off headache!

Somehow, I'm feeling like I need a solid plan... So I'm writing one.

    200 iu may be too high to start with. If you are experiencing a lot of hunger by your fouth injection, you likely need to back it down

    Thanks Beth! Yeah, 200 is what I was at last round, but I'll keep an eye on it and tweak if necessary!
